In all honesty, she wished it would last longer. Wished it would last for some more hours or so, wished it would last for the rest of her lifetime. Metaphorical flight had never seemed so thrilling, so breathtakingly wonderful, so utterly filled with splendor.

Swept away by warmth and rushes of sensation and the sheer exhilaration surging through every fiber of her body, she threw her head back and laughed wholeheartedly, notes ringing into the air like chiming bells. Fitting, for such a flight.

  16. Flights are pretty extravagant, I can see the timer going quicker than I manage to type out these damn words. Any flights leads to heavy crowding at airports, long security lines and a really short selection from terminals to get something to eat. You can sit there and you think you want something to eat, or to just shop around. You go around and realize that it’s almost like a fucking mobvie theatre haha, everythings oh so expensive
What I don’t want to enter my name or my email… Fine.

    okay
  17. The flight of the bumblebees. The flight of the birds. Migration. Escape from one place, no longer fitting for survival, to another, not much better than the place you came from, but will, at least allow you to live. Flight is freedom. Flight is a choice to move on to somewhere better.

  24. Once upon a time, there was a mind. This mind was special, unlike anyone else’s, this mind had abilities beyond the normal mind. THis mind was on ecstasy, and as soon as that pill was crushed between the teeth of the person controlling the mind, that mind took flight and to it’s full ability, soared the skies over everybody and everything. This mind was infinite.

  28. If I were to burst into flight,
you’d reach out and grab my ankle.
You won’t let me get far enough away.

    Don’t just let me go.

    SARAH
  29. i want to get on one, far far away from here. away from my lying, hypocritical boyfriend… who fucking checked my emails, lied about it when confronted, and worse than that – just sat there and told me 4 days ago, how disgusting it is when guys lie when they know they’re caught. well, luckily my sister is smart and figured out the IP address who read my emails, which belongs to HIM. i want to fly far away, and not have to deal with the fact that i have to put a smile on my face, not say anything, and play with his family all weekend long…by the time this is all over, because all though he is caught, i will get a much more revenge if i wait and bring it up after they leave, otherwise i’ll just look like the angry, bitch girlfriend…and that just won’t do. so off i go, not on a flight; unfortunately, but on a trip, nevertheless, to a weekend of hellish and all consuming suppression of rage.

  36. Sometimes I wish I could fly. Flight would definitely be my superpower of choice. I would love to be able to walk up the side of a mountain, take a running charge at a cliff, and just float over the treetops. I envy the birds that do this so effortlessly. Do they even care? Are they conscious of their awesome power? Of their ability to just escape and fly off to anywhere, everywhere they desire? To follow a million different whims.

    like flitting emotions
    from tree to tree,
