  10. My feet stumble on the ground and I fall forward in my furious flight to my Mythology exam oh shit I’m late. I step back into my shoes (shouldn’t have cut so much off the backs even thought they hurt) and run again, and take a flying leap off the top step and land in a heap at the bottom of the hill.

At the end, the flight itself, the chase and the run, was worth more than my destination. And I was on time for my exam.

  20. Mucho no em gusta volar, a veces me da miedo.

  25. Ethan had always hated when the flight started. He just didn’t have the patience. What was the point of getting on the plane if you had to sit for another hour or so? It didn’t make any sense. People had places to be. Ethan wanted to be home, with his family, not in some stuffy plane cramped into a small seat. Why can’t this flight just be over? And, when it came crashing down, that was Ethan’s last thought.
