I would love to travel. I think somewhere like Italy would be amazing, France, Germany and Africa would be a few other places I would love to see. Australia is definitely on my list of places to see as well. I think the fact I have not been to very many places makes me open to traveling the world. I have barely left my state so I think that only comes natural to want to get out and see everything. There is so much beauty in the world and I don’t want to only experience it through a picture. I want all of my senses to experience it.

when we were just kids, traveler’s then, and everything was open to so many things new. even now, still i feel foreign. his touch. that look. the soft hot tip of the index finger tracing my jawline like i were something real. it still feels so foreign to know that all along this has been about someone else.
I may have grown up in this town, but when I walked into that bar..I was foreign. My New York coat looked like a kimono to them

People are scared of what they don’t know. People tend to not know much about foreign cultures. If only we understood each other, then maybe there would not be as much conflict – as much suffering.

Foreign, away from the home, traveling through the clear white snow under a blazing, cool Sun. Expansive and massive, the rolling green hills, steep cliffs much like home, but in a different world. You, foreign, a stranger, living a life apart form mine. But now, you are my home, a comfort to return to. But please, don’t let go
Foreign, unknown. Scary, dark, mysterious. Something you are afraid of. You don’t want to embrace, so it stays foreign. You don’t have enough knowledge.
Maja
When does an object become foreign? We often hear about foreign things inside our body, foreign cells, foreign objects but what or when do they become foreign. Are things always foreign?
The answer is of course not. Foreign is only out of place, out of the norm. A foreign object is just an object that is not with like minded objects. With it’s equivalent pals it is just an object.

The sweet little girl looked up into my face and my heart melted like chocolate in the palm of her tiny hands. I remembered the harsh words of my classmate earlier that day and tears stung my eyes. I resolved to work harder and I knew that I wanted my life’s work to ensure that nobody thought of my sweet as just a foreigner.

she took a long look at the sky and saw that it was no different than home. It was a comfort. Though the ground she stands on is far from where she was and she still anticipates a long way to go, it’s the same sky.
i love the word “foreign”. It makes me feel curious and outgoing. It makes me want to see and view the world from other angles that I have not yet experience. This word, is an exciting one. It is a word, of the uknown – “foreign”.

I live in a country foreign to me. The food is not like I’m used to, the culture is different. It’s a new life. A foreign life.
i would love to go to a foreign country. most likely Japan or France. i’ve been absolutely in love with Japan for quite some time now and, after doing a project, have been dying to go there. but i feel like i need to visit France in order to learn how to properly make French pastries, since that’s what i’m going to be doing with my life. [: also, it’s freaking gorgeous.

She came from Brazil. She smelled like papaya and tasted like sugar cane. She was the sweetest summer I’ve ever had. And then she was gone, the taste still fresh on my tongue. I’ll never see her again, will I?

I would like to go to California this summer, however, I am in a shortage of money. The trip will cost me approximately 20,000 kr., and as a student I cannot afford that. Too bad.
I am planning to backpacking in China with a friend. Gonna be awesome!

I wandered down the street..it was so quiet, because there were no cars -they wouldn’t fit. I spotted a man in a doorway. He looked foreign…well, he was foreign – at least to me. he was Italian. This was Italy…so perhaps he looked right at home. I didn’t really know what Italians looked like at home, perhaps this was it!

A foreign object is lodged in my spine. I don’t know from whence it came. But one thing I do know about the foreign object. The foreign object isn’t mine. I used to pronounce this word fore-ee-gen when I was little.

I have known many strangers. I have set out from many homes. I have balked at any dangers. And never found myself alone.
foreign people are from a different country to whoever sees them. But we are foreign to them so I guess we are all foreign to somebody. That’s why we should have no prejudice against foreigners. Foreign people are always in OUR country. But what makes it ours and not theirs?

Foreign love from far away.
So far yet stays deep inside my heart.
Happy forever and ever with this

So much energy is placed in keeping out other cultures and values in this country. I wonder what it is that is that makes people feel so strongly. Is it the sense of superiority? A fear of loss? I don’t understand the zenophobia. Who cares who makes the rules as long as they are fair?

this feeling is so foreign
its almost like it doesnt belong
in the cold, dark abyss in my chest
where my heart used to be
the foreign feeling of butterflies
butterflies flutter around in my belly
tickling the very inside of me
as if nothing else matters but this moment.
the foreign feeling has caught me off guard
i dont know what to do with this feeling
is it really love, or just a simple grade school crush?
only time will give me the answers to my question.

What? I just did this word! I’ve met a lot of people in my life whom I could consider having been foreign. Including my fiance. Otherwise it is just a word. And not a particularly good on as it is a divisive word. A word that separates people from one another.
Foreign means not of this place. It is often thought to be negative. If something is foreign it is bad, but if it is exotic, it is good. This is strange because the words are otherwise synonyms. I am foreign to someone who is foreign to me.

Oh, am I supposed to be writing now? Sorry I’m new at this. Um. um, I guess I think about different. Other types of people and ways of doing things. Interesting. Sometimes absurd, or better.
I poured the can of alphabet soup into the bowl, but the letters were not ABC. No. They noodles were shaped “,!. I rechecked the label, it read: Punctuation Mark soup. If only it were real….
foreign countries are the most educational places you will ever go. without experiencing another culture, you will be so one-sided about life, you will be a foolish idiot. foreign is unknown till you change that.

I enter the cabin, and there she is. The new girl. Her hair curls in black ringlets, her skin an undefinable shade of coffee. she glides around with unknown grace.
I don’t know what I’m doing here. In a place where everyone is the same, I stand out like a sore thumb. But why? Is it my clothes? My voice? My personality? Or is it just the state of my mind? I feel so foreign.
I was a foreign person last month in a another country. It was good to be because now I know how foreigners in my country must feel. Language barriers, customs, and simple things like just getting around on the trait system is a challenge. Now I will go out of my help a foreigner in my home land. Thank you.
Mark
Something unknown, something outside of me. It can be exciting, it can be scary and it can be downright frightening. It will always widen your perspectives.
foreign language is an important aspect of our nation. We are a melting pot of many different cultures, with many different languages. It is important that those people be able to communicate with others.

currency, I like foreigner they did some awesome tunes! Foreign intrigues me as it means another culture and another world perspective and thats what i love to learn about – other people and their beliefs and reasons for it and stuff. I want some foreign currency in my wallet – i want to get some russian roubles. I went to the exchange place and they didnt carry it as standard and would have to order it in for me which i thought was odd. I would also get like 12 for 5 pounds which i thought was pretty decent, except i didnt want to have that much in my wallet as it would confuse my little blonde mind. 60 seconds IS a long time! I cant think of anything else to type now
