forge yourself into this life around you. make your imprint upon those around you. forge your name, your beliefs and your soul into the soft and yeilding reality that you call your home.

Forge ahead and don’t give up. I’m finding out first hand that’s a lot easier to say than do. Forging ahead day after day and not yet getting to your goal can really suck your soul at time. It’s tiring, exhausting, deflating and demoralizing. But I’m thinking once I get there…it will be amazing.

once when i was a younger girl, my roommate made a forge in our backyard. he made art work and sold it. there was this mirror that he made that was really cool. it had a snake around the outside of it and it was eating its tail.

i met a blacksmith last week at a confederate fort. he makes horse shoes and nails and curlicued crappe for the home, but he was a real blacksmith. it was a hot summer day but there was a fire going. he said that in easter europe blacksmithing remains a real trade, a way to make a living, not a curiosity. he was in the original blacksmith shop and used the old forge and fire pit that has been there for more than a century.

to put metal together through methods of heat by welding etc, has been used as a method to make such items as sword, horseshoes etc, now it is more popular to say that it is used to shape metals into a certain form

Forging metal in the high caverns made of stone, the dwarves barely see the light of day. They create beautiful weapons and jewelry that shines and sparkles and yet they themselves are unclean, dressed in dark clothing.

Forge was a small coal black kitten with glowing orange eyes. He had survived the worst that the world could through at an abandoned youngster. He was tough and determined to carry on with his playful hunts, and to forge on through to live out his nine lives.

Forge ahead, I will. No more drinking this week. I was an ass last night. No excuses. Forge a new existence. Do it right. Stop now. Your liver and your family will both thank you.

the forge was hotter than hot. It burned the air around it, sizzling the hair on his forearms as he brought up the heavy iron hammer. The clanging sounds melted into teh wavery heat. She sat and watched from the bench in the doorway, despearte to catch the breeze. He didn’t look at her, didn’t even seem to nogice that she was there. But he hammered extra well.

forge. Metal. Valley. Denmark.

The fire burned like the stars. The blacksmith heaved as he lifted the heavy metal over the flames. He was an arist, a creator, a god of metal. The steel glowed in the flames, the blade’s edges sharpening with every hammer blow

The way to a new life. A beginning born to the mind asking to find it’s release in the hands of human sweat, tears, and laughter. An end, in that the final product hewn from life’s matter is finite, is a changing product from which all things stem.

To forge is to make something illegally. Something you want, like money. Sometimes it can be innocent, as a signature. I see forging as bad.

Forge… Isn’t that something about signing things? I don’t know. I can’t really write about it unless I know what it is, can I? Oh well. My day was good, thanks. I wish I had more food.

Forge means to make. To take what was once imperfect and make it better. It’s like alchemy or just the bettering of oneself day by day. We always have to reforge ourselves.

weaponry, when created by the process of forging, it appears to be related to blacksmith work. Metals of all sorts, bronze, copper, tin, and the like. Forging in general probably can refer to constructing anything, forging relations between nations even. forging requires strength of mind, certainly, to be able to sustain it, whether it is the blacksmith working on sharpening the blade or whether it is ensuring that diplomatic relations remain rock solid.

forge that’s where you make things of metal right? yes swords, hammers, axes, ect. hmm pretty fun stuff eh? wow this is knid of boring…..

Forge reminds me of horse shoes and looking at an old fashioned black smith shop. Nowadays, forge refers to getting ahead with something. Weird how forge can mean old and new simultnaeously.

Valley Forge – forge ahead – forgery – all I see right now is a signature and my inability to copy it. Im-possible. Not note not not not. I guess I’ll just fail again. It’s the little failures that count, really. They hurt the most. I hate them. I’m so responsible, yet this year I’ve just been failing everything.

funny isn’t it… to forge ahead means to keep on going, and to forge means to create, but it also means to fake. if you lie enough it’s true; if you decide to take something that hasn’t happened yet and make it happen, you’re doing all of these at once. is that good or bad, do you think?
anne onymous
forge documents. forge signature. actually my mother has given me permission to forge her signature many times. what else can you forge? i don’t even know right now. forge….forge…i think i’m having a serious brain fart here. oh well. go forge yourself.

Forge makes me think of making things. It can mean to cross or to make (forging metal). Forging is a difficult process. It represents work and effort. I think I need to work on forging better, faster writing.

i had a math teacher who would give us five extra points on every test if we got them signed by our parents, no matter the grade. eventually she told us she knew we were going to forge the signatures, so we might as well sign our own names. i loved that math teacher. she was fantastic, a genius, and just a little bit crazy…which i think was the root of all her brilliance.
