I hate it when I walk into the band room and I’m just taken down by the overpowering stench of someone’s “fragrance.” You know what I mean, when people spray like a metric shit-ton of perfume all over themselves because they think it will attract someone to them when in reality it suffocates anyone within a ten-foot radius.
Upon re-entering my house, I was instantly blessed with the sweet fragrance of the food that I had left sitting on my livingroom floor the weekend before. I always forget something when I’m leaving the house.
As the honey-smell wafted up her nostrils, she inhaled deeply, the pleasing whiff sending heady chills down her spine. Ah, but that is so cliche, no? The pleasing scent filled her with ecstatic contentment.
I have one. My body makes one, both the inside and the outside.
I love them,
I buy them,
in bottles and bobbing bars, in willowy flammable sticks and oily elixirs, in shampoos, in crunchy yummy salts. Peony, amber, jasmine, patchouli, pepper, anise, rose, oh, and I love sweat.

The cool cascades which ring
Music to the ears
Flight in my heart;
Fills desperate need
The scent of comfort.

I already wrote about fragrance. I wonder if everyone gets the same words in a row every time someone signs up. Fragrance. I need to get some fragrances. BO BO! I’m done writing about fragrances now. woooo I hope my username got set up alright. toot toot.

MMMM. I faintly catch a waft of that mezmerizing fragrance. A soft yet old oaky smell of man and books. THe instant it reafches my nose and cannot help but
Anna
the fragrance lifted itself up from the earth, surrounding them in a cloud of sweetness. Suddenly, Sydney was whisked back to a place where she was last summer. A happier, simpler, more wholesome time when energy was endless and her life seemed more…full.
It makes me think of butterflies. And shampoo. And hair. Girl’s hair, specifically. And Jasmine, the flower. Because Jasmine flowers have sex through butterflies, so they smell like each other. Yum, fragrance. It’s a good smell. Scent*.

So important, either way. The right one– heaven. The wrong one –thanks stinky-ass people on the El today– hell. Nothing like too much, even if it’s good, though.
Fragrances are really nice perfumes. It is a difficult word to write at times, but they always smell good. Its hard, especially for women, to find the perfect fragrance. sometimes they can be too sweet, or too old lady like. Sometimes they are expensive sometimes they aren’t. I wish I had a fragrance. Sometimes you can be allergic to them. Fragrances are great.
Shea
Your smell carries across the room. Filling it with only distant memories of what was or could have been. Your fragrance only upsets me and rage fills my body. You’re my friend and I respect you to the fullest extent; but hey…you blow me off.
rob
I smell a rat. But that is a different kind of a smell than fragrance… like the smell that wafts down on a summer’s day from a Magnolia tree and fills my breath with sweetness.

A have to admit one fragrance she wore didn’t smell so good…
The fragrance wafted through the windows. She supposed that that was what lead her back to this place after all those years, it smelled like home. Quietly she pressed her face up against the glass, staring in at the family gathered around the table, just sitting there with the remains of what ought to be hers.
Emmeline
the fragrance of your skin fill me with pleasant memories of making love to you in the mid summer heat of passion
Fragrance. I think a fragrance really defines things. Your house has a certain smell that just makes it feel like home. The smell of my boyfriends cologne makes me feel safe and comfortable. His fragrance is my comfort and protection. It is impossible for me to feel sad when I’m around it.
Kay
so many different fragrances. good ones, bad ones, TOO MUCH that it makes you gag, and the perfect amount that makes you remember someone forever.
Courtney
The smell of those poignant perfumes you walk through in Macy’s while the saleswomen try to sell you it, usually it smells good…well, the ‘fragrance’ smells good…but too much is enough! Fragrances never smell bad.
She smelled like fragrance. Not something, just something fake. Not like the roses in the summer or the lilacs in spring, but rather a bottle of perfume that someone had given her for her birthday. She had put too much on when she was getting ready for work in the morning and now I had to put up with it. I hated working in a cubicle. I could smell everything about everyone else.
Catherine
The fragrance was overwhelming. The shop was practically bursting out the roof with flowers, more kinds and colors than Kylie had ever imagined. Looking around, Kylie wondered how she would ever find Nathaniel. She was sure she couldn’t smell him.
Heather
smells, perfumes, wafts of desirable and undesirable things. the fragrances of the world are neither here nor there. nothing is truly pleasant about the word fragrance. the fragrance of sex, the fragrance of air.
Veronica
spending all your time using your five senses, the sense of smell being the most powerful, we never really appreciate the smells that manifest in every day. A fragrance of a perfume, a new baby, a new car. An old leather glove and spark a distant memory from long ago
the fragrance that i smell on the person i love is just another example of beauty. i love the way he smells. Not just a particular store fragrance, but a combination of his own body scent, and his sweat into an incredibley unique frangrance.
Lillian
Mine smells like flowers. I used to wear one named Ghost Mist and I bought it entirely because an actor I had a crush on played a ghost in a movie. Very silly but I felt secretly close to him. I was such an odd teenager.
can be strong. too strong.
can be weak. too weak.
can be delicious.
can be horrid.
can bring back terrible memories.
can trigger true happiness and even perfect thoughts.
holidays?
outdoors?
love?
fragrance can bring it all on.
Becca
it is the full essence of the being, the flowing memories that stem from a distant place where things were better, even if they weren’t. I miss them but I hated the way that it all turned out. This is the fragrance of a time gone by. but others will last and be better.
Ryan Brooksbank
The fragrance of the lillies is all I want. The dark and desolate grasps of this snowy tundra have remained too long. From this point forward, I want it to be sunshine and summer smells.
what a fragrance. was it the scent of a woman? was it the scent of a flower? or was it just in my mind? these are the questions. But only one more whiff could bring me the answers.
Charlie
Once I was walking through a random department store and it smelled so terrible from all the perfumes.
Escaping was like heaven.
The smell of clean air is the greatest of all.
Casandra Dee
your fragrance is my fragrance and vice versa. From now on I want to smell you and I want to know every single touch of that fragrance of you.
Toy Machine
Her fragrance was intoxicating. Most people wouldn’t think so, they’d think she just smelled like a guy. I think she wore old spice, the guy deodorant. But whenever I sat next to her, laid by her side, let her cuddle up to me, or even walked past someone wearing the same deodorant on my way into a classroom… if I smelled it, I smelled her.
Ashley
smell nice beautiful gorgeous jessica love her like anything fuck it not thinkin argggggghhhhh what do i write about, pew pew pew ddddddddooooodddlee these aren’t real words, do i lose points for that? is this not done yet, running out of randomness. what ese should i write about,.

The smell of his cologne. Intoxicating. The smell just draws me in. Gets me closer, until his body is pushing against mine, the smell moving from his body to mine. The love becoming just as intoxicating as the fragrance.
the night is settling into my living room. a lingering fragrance of drugs and incense mingles in the air. you just left and i wonder what your plans are. not for tonight, but for tomorrow and the day after. and us. i am not sure i’ll be ready for our last goodbye.
I love smelling good. My favorite fragrance is Christina Aguilera. I have two kinds of her perfume. One that I use when I want to smell ‘sexier’ and it’s in a white bottle with black lace. The other when I want to feel more innocent. It’s got pink diamonds on the bottle. I also love when guys smell good. it makes them so much more attractive to me.
Tara
I hate the way that Hannah pronounces this word. The word reminds me of old women in a department store. Like in a Macy’s or JCPenny. We should invest in some sweaters or turtlenecks. And it

Fragrance a beautiful smell like a flower or fruit you can use as perfume if you wish it smells lovely and attracts people you always wish to have a pleasant fragrance around you otherwise people would think you didnt shower and that would be unacceptable now wouldnt it?
I wish I could be one of those pretty girls from a magazine.
You know the types. Perfectly curled hair, flawless skin, stylish clothes. And sometimes they get classy with their red lipstick and rouged cheeks and perfume. Oh, you can’t forget the fragrance, that lures in many a hapless male.
But I’m just a nerdy little schoolgirl and the only fragrance I give off is that of pencil lead and old books. Such is life.
