  4. I wrote about gallop yesterday, and paused before I write this today. I wonder if we, the collective one-word-ers, did not succeed to high enough standards and have to re-take this “test”. I wonder if there are two definitions of the word “gallop” and it therefore can be used for 2 days, in different ways.

    Or I’m in a different time zone than this website, so while it lets me write about it a second time, it’s actually not tomorrow yet.

  17. they reached the final bend with dantalion still several lengths behind the pack, but the woodeyes continued to cheer him on vaughn especially, trying with all his might to will a miracle into lifting the horse to the front. but suddenly, as dantalion appeared to gain a second wind, his legs buckled and he keeled over throwing his jockey into the fence in the process.

  20. the gallops are wide and broad with jumps at various spaces on the open slopes of the hills. iv’e never seen horses going over them when i’ve been walking but we have used the rounded trunks to sit and eat our sandwiches and drink our tea when we’ve been walking.

  40. i had decided to move away. be on my own. i moved to colorado springs with nothing but what would fit in my blazer. my sister came with and we went horseback riding through the garden of the gods. it was phenomenal. it was the rest of my life.
