  1. iphone, ipod, and now the revolutionary, but poorly named ipad. such convenient resources. I now live in a life filled with i’s. forget the new technology, but the selfish beings that stroll around with noses held high. now that is an inconvenient truth.

  3. iphones. jesus chris. people need to get over all this shit. i don’t even use a dishwasher! they freak me out. I was my clothes by hand, dry them on a line, and get on with my life. I don’t even know what an iphone DOES. and I’m twenty-one years old. A twenty-one-year-old American university student. What?!

    Laura Bailey
  4. i hate iphones… they draw you into their little world and make you believe that you cant live without them… stupid devices.

  5. alone this phone I couldn’t hold
    so sterile
    what it contains inside
    not appealing
    only lonliness of electric circuits
keeping track of people I never call
    the cold glowing screen
    my constant friend

  6. I’ve met lots of people with iphones
who say that it’s better than my phone.
    But my coverage (Veriz’n)
    goes beyond the horiz’n
so shaddap and leave me alone.

  7. Your latest addiction was your iphone. You sat there and played with it constantly, ignoring me when we were together. Playing with autotune, or texting all your friends.

It was as if your iphone, was more important than I was.

  8. His phone started ringing and he smiled because it was his new iPhone…and then he frowned because it was his boss. Hiw boss was calling him at 10:30 at night. What could his boss possibly want so late? It was never good getting calls from work just as he was debating how good his bed would feel. With a sigh, he pressed the send button and, “Hello?”

  9. She stared in horror at the picture before her.
There, dangling only inches above the toilet, was her precious iPhone. The one, the brand freaking new one she had gotten as an early birthday present.
And there, scrawled in her brothers messy handwriting on the back of the photo, was a message that made her blood boil.
“If you want to see the iPhone again, ask for an xBox.”

  10. i generation indeed.
    blackberries and apples

  11. i phone is my phone, my look up to the sky phone,
the sky is blue, my texts are clear, my cellular device is near,
the my phone is like a wish0i0could-die phone.
I’d trade it all for an ice cream cone.

  12. the iphone has many good qualities but i think it has taken over other things like good old hand held keypads and feeds more into our consumer quick lifestyle. I has good uses but is not a necessity

  15. He threw around the fact that he had an iPhone every chance he got, flaunting it in our faces. But he didn’t say much about if once it was at the bottom of the lake. He became tolerable again.

    Doug McIntire
  16. everyone loves their iphone and the numerous applications available; it is a new toy everyday.

  17. the iphone should be available to all phone services and not just ATT. I think that it would benefit everyone if the iphone was made available in all networks. Everyone is trying to come out with versions of the iphone and they aren’t the same nor do they do the same thing in the same way. Also, why should 1 company be allowed to sell it and others not. You would think that the other companies would be fine to pay for the iphone because it is something that will make them money. There are many people that I know, in the verizon network that would love to have an Iphone. So I-phones should be available to everyone in every cell phone service.

  18. I look around and I can’t help but think that I’m seeing a little bit of the beginnings of Bradbury’s dystopia. Seashell radios constantly in ears and hands, and the world at our fingertips. We’re losing patience with waiting for anything, always needing someone whispering in our ears.

  23. The new iphone rang once more, a strange chirping sound resounding in the room. Hiro blushed as it interrupted the class again, cursing whoever was texting him inside. He didn’t understand. He’d put the phone on silent, so who could have turned the sound back on? Then a thought hit him. That bastard… Hiro seethed. He always did things like this to mess with him.

  29. iphone. Too much money. Why don’t we go back to the old days? In the living room, we listen for the familiar telephone ring but mobiles are better, surely, portable, classic, cool. Why go back to those grand-father, put on the kettle dear and wait for it to whistle days!

    Jeanette

  33. “I’ll phone you later,” he assured me that day. I’d smiled and nodded, laughing as he winked and turned away.

No call that night. Or the next, or the next.

Now, I am throwing out all the things he gave me… that teddy bear he’d won for me at the cheap carnival, the flag he’d bought me at the hockey game. How could I have been so stupid? I’d seen him flirting with those girls…
