7 Entries for “ivy”

  1. your love
    felt green
    like an
    ivy wall
    embracing
    my soul,
    covering
    every burnt
    corner
    making it look
    shiny,
    and pretty.
    i never thought
    your grasp
    would start to
    itch and scorch
    ’til calcinating
    the sane remainders
    of my spirit.

  2. Ivy curls, twisting up, red brick walls, and little girls in two straight lines, old college crumbling and nature taking over, “leaves of three, leave them be.”

  3. The ivy surrounded some object but it could not be seen due to the thick group. She tried to hack her way through it, to see what it was hiding but then she noticed that the plants were growing back quickly. She stopped and escaped the vines. When she turned back to look, it seemed that she had not cut any of it at all.

  5. Ivy is a green plant that travels up walls and envelopes anything in its path, its invasive and sometimes it chokes. It does look lovely though when it covers an ancient home.

  6. Growing up brick, through the crcks in the cement between, pervading all that was red into a sea of green. These bricks now blinded behind leaves had once seen so much life, many years had past since then. Now the cropse of the building was crumbling anew to become a home for some ivy.

  7. Ivy is weirdly sentimental. Oddly enough, my mom’s world of warcraft’s character’s name was Ivy and now I only think of my mom when I see the word. My house is also overflowed with ivy, but I think its pretty rather than being a green pest. Even though it isn’t supposed to be there, I think it makes my house look better.
