It can turn back into a polyp is what they mean. How big is it? Imagine being able to be you forever. Would that be attractive and would the style at some point be to shave it all off?

  11. Jelly is gross and I hate it. I don’t really understand the appeal of something with such a slimy slithery consistency. And it’s too sweet. The only cool thing you can do with it is cut it into little shapes with cookie cutters. And then throw them in the trash.

My sister in law also makes jam, except it is boysenberry flavored. I haven’t yet tasted hers.

  16. Peanut butter and jelly! I miss peanut butter and jelly. I used to have PB&J all the time when I was a kid. Skippy’s chunky peanut butter and Welch’s grape jelly packed together between two pieces of Wonder white bread. I must have taken that for lunch everyday when I was in kindergarten.

  25. I remember when I was young, maybe 5 or 6, I was in a grocerie store with my mother. She was the strict type. I was looking at things and i wanted to touch everything, how you do when you are little, so curious. But i did, somehow, end up touching something, a jar of jelly. And then it came crashing down to the floor, glass shaddering, and for an instant I didn’t care that she was going to yell at me for my childish (questioning) because the glass had shaddered but the jelly stayed in a perfect jar shape.

  26. i’m not really a fan of jelly. i’ll take my toast with peanut butter, my peanut butter with honey, and my honey alone on my crackers. it’s too sticky, too sweet, and too difficult to neatly apply it to anything that you would eat. i don’t understand it. why, jelly, must you be so inconvenient?

  27. jelly beans and sweets. I hate the black ones, they are licorice flavor. Ugh. It’s so bitter, it’s not even candy. Hey if I have NoScript blocking all javascript on this page, will it really still limit me to 60 seconds or can I just write on and on and on? Wait, whoa, there’s now a time’s up thing on the bottom, I never even had my window large enough to see that before. The timer should really be at the top where you’ll notice it first thing.

  28. Jelly doesn’t spread right on my bread. Sometimes I wonder if other people notice the same things as me, or if there’s some quirk in my mind that makes me different from everyone else.
Truly, the terrible quality of some PB&J sandwiches can make me fall to my knees and scream for frustration.

  29. The ground underneath Gina was like jelly. It felt like that anyway. Although, she thought, that probably has something to do with my head. She’d been feeling… like jelly all day. It was hard to describe, and that’s why she never told anyone. Never told anyone, that is, except for Billy.

It also makes me think of the pool hall, and the old days back at the beginning of last semester when the Core would all play pool together. Good old days. I miss them. Things seemed more open, and less open, back then.

I’m not really sure which band, to be honest. I only ever listened to the live cover by Ben Folds Five.

I feel like that’s true of a lot of things in my life. I don’t know where they came from; I only have the memories of the second-rate copy.

  40. Jelly is something that goes with peanut butter. It’s also like a jellyfish. Jellyfish are like jelly because they have a slippery, gooey, jiggly texture like jelly. If you tried to put peanut butter on a jellyfish, it would fail. It’d probably beach itself and die or something.
