  1. it is hard to tie a knot. I remember as a kid wanting to make knots in my shoes and not being able to. It was the idea that I had to form a loope then come back around with the string, or lace which was so difficult for me. I used to just criss cross the laces and of course that will never stay. It is fun to remember.

  4. My stomach is tied in a knot. I have so much stress pounding in my head, looming over me that I just can’t deal with. It’s a bi-polar sensation of being excited to go to college and leave home, and positively nerve-wracking, what with all of the music auditions and lying to my parents. Yeah. This’ll be fun.

  7. there was a not in my shoe and i did not know what to do about it’ it was so tight but hey thats what i live for unsolving things..they always get in my way but what can you do…obstacle after obstacle

  10. Jack looked at the rope it seemed like just ordinary rope. That is until he tried to tie it. He had to learn that knot for his next badge. But the knot was tougher than he was. Jack gritted his teeth and tried again…

  11. They’re useful. I tie my shoes with them. Actually more realistically… I find my vocal chords reach this state when I’m around a certain girl. I don’t ever know what to say to her. Stopped by fear I guess.

  13. Occasionally, I find that I have knots in various bits of string. I hate that. I understand that knots are very important but I so dislike having to untangle them. Perhaps that says something about life. We want knots but hate dealing with them. I think my minute will be up soon so I might as well finish.

  14. I don’t have a knot in my shoe. No knot. Not a knot. If I had a knot, I’d certainly fix it, else I’d trip. Not having a knot in your shoe is a good thing. Having a knot in your stomach can be good if you allow that excitement to turn into something good.

  16. Knots are very interesting things. They can be made into several shapes and sizes, doubles and single. Can be used for ships, anyimals, food, and the such. Knots are probably one of the most usefull inventions of the span of man kind.

  24. Garlic knots. I was sick this week, so sick, and I was trying to eat as much garlic as possible. I’ve heard it’s really good for you, especially when you’re sick. Garlic knots were an additional way for me to consume more garlic, and they’re so delicious. Buttery, garlicky and warm, they’re a great comfort and sick food, though my breath probably didn’t win my any friends.

  26. Knots are fun, I love learning how to tie new ones. I even enjoy figuring out how to undo nasty ones. Have a couple in my book that don’t get untied. You have to be cut loose.

  27. A knot holds things together it is strong. There are so many ways to learn how to tie one. You can learn how to tie a lot of different knots in boyscouts. There are also knots in wood. The wood is stronger

The interviewer seemed to have bought into my story completely as the interview ended, then leaned forward and whispered.

  32. A large brown string covered with small knots is lying on the bed. I tied the knots using my two index fingers,. It was hard and painful and frustrating, but I tied nearly 10 nots in a few minutes. I am the master at knot tying. I am awesome at tying all tipes of large and small knots.

  34. Sailor’s tight knots. So do boy scouts. And getting married is “tying the knot”. Such a seemingly insignificant word and yet it means so much.
