  7. Latch is such a cool word. With a couple meanings. Latch, like a lock, or a catch (which, by the way, is also a cool word, just like latch.) Or, it could be a verb. To latch onto something. Like catch can be to catch something.

  21. latch on to emotions, that I can’t let go off, when all I have to do is be aware, allow, watch passively, and see that I don’t need to latch on, I can just let go. Emotions are just body sensations, plus thought-stories…so easy to let go.
