There was a glow on the horizon, soft red pervaded the black sky, diamonds watching on. Fear lay in the hearts of many but for those of us on the outside it was a sight to behold.
“C’mon, Daddy!”
“Charlie-”
“Oh c’mon, honey. You can make that.”
He glares across the living room, carefully stationed on the armchair cushion, and scowls over at the knowing grin on his wife’s face.
“I thought we had a strict ‘no shoes on the furniture’ policy here,” he says, and opts to step on the coffee table instead.
“That was before Charlie told us the lava monsters were comin’, right sweetie?”
The lava flow stopped just before the village, but its effects still affected the people living in the villages. The heat from the glowing rock ignited the forests around the village, and burnt the rice fields where the stalks of rice had dried and were ready for harvesting.
Your skin as hot as lava.. your sweat dripping down my chest.. burning me with every breath. I crave you. I want you. Make me relish you.
