  1. I’ve been leading my whole life. From my parents, to my peers, to my friends. I lovebto lead, but sometimes I just feel overwelmed with the responsability. Inwish i could jyst rarn to reax

  2. You can’t know what leading people is like without knowing what being a follower is like first.
    To lead you must know what it’s like to be behind someone that is higher than you, and then incorporating it into your own leadership.

  3. Leading….its something that just comes naturally to some people. When the trust is put into your hands, you can either pick it up and carry it along your journey with you or drop it. Its your decision, do what you want with it. If you choose to carry it, you may be surprised at who ends up following.

  4. I am leading this paragraph without an indent. Does that make me a rebel? Am I the leading advocate in nihilism? I don’t think so…
    I first mispronounced leading, saying led-ing instead. But you can never trust what a child says, because they do say some clever stuff.

  6. The wind catches on lost tendrils of her hair, inviting them for a waltz in the cool night breeze. It’s dark save for the stars and the occasional headlights, yet somehow there is no obscuring her vision.

    Maybe she can’t remember how she ended up here, of all places, but it doesn’t seem to matter.

    The parking lot is empty. The doors are locked. The lights are out. And yet it only takes closed eyes and vague memory to breathe life back into the building.

    She’s not sure how long she stands there, but only when her face is wet and her knees are buckling does she let her feet lead her away.

  7. I think leading is much harder than people make it out to be. It’s a mindset. You can definitely learn it, but you have to be willing to, and disciplined enough.

    I also like “leading” more than “leadership”. “Leadership” makes me cringe.

    Leading is about having the capability to take people in the right direction, to have people trust you. I am not a leader. I am a follower. Because I can’t trust myself, so how could other people trust me to take them where they need to go?

  11. Leading to what it was always intended for. Nobody really sees it but me. How can I expect you to understand it when you haven’t known all along. Leading to it’s true purpose. Cumulating to its highest point.

  12. I was leading the poor man towards the end. I knew it, and he did, too. Why wouldn’t he stop me? Why wouldn’t he just yell for me to stop? I would have. I would have stopped and set him free. Maybe he realized he deserved this. Maybe he knew something I didn’t.

  17. is important. You must lead by example. People believe in leaders because leaders believe in the message or the cause that they support deeply. Leading is something we all do everyday even if we don’t think we’re doing it. Someone is always following us or watching what we do. That is why we should take pride in what we do and lead by example.

  24. I was going to the mall. I had to get a birthday present for my sister, but I had no idea where the mall was. So i followed my mother in my car, as she led me there. We finally got there, and I completely forgot where Debs was, so she led me there too. She’s such a good mom to take the time out. And luckily my mom showed me where to go, because my sister loved the dress!!!
