  3. It wasn’t much of a leap; really more of a hop. Sara gave a grin to John and rushed forward. There was nothing she loved more than scaling over the cliffs, no safety gear, nothing to slow her down. She let out a shriek of pain as her foot hit the edge of the rock and slipped down, grinding against her exposed flesh.

  4. It was a great leap that I took, making such a risky decision so soon. I wasn’t thinking about the implications, or what ramifications it would have for those around me, I just did it. I knew that I’d live to regret it, and I still do to this day.

  26. leap reminds me of leap frog. i used to play it with my friends. and it reminds me of winnie the pooh for some reason. which reminds me of eating christmas lunch at the navy. hahhahaha. that was pretty fun … reindeer ears! oh it stuffed up so i can write more! kewwwwwwwwlllllll/. well leap … i wish i could leap really far, it feels like i’m flying when i jump and pretend i’m jumping across lava.

  38. make it. just make the leap, blind, without thinking what’s below or above or behind or in front of you. the point is to be in midair. reminds me of a Dave Egger’s short story about the dogs who sneak out at night to leap and play. some don’t make it and they die, but they always said it was worth it. the point is to go, and to try, right?

  39. one day i woke up and wanted to do something different. something i never did before. so i lept from my bed and ran to the beach and jumped into the water, not caring about the consequences that would follow. and finally i realized, for once, i was happy.

  40. I leapt at the computer trying to think of something to write, realizing that about a hundred users have done the same thing before! Frustrated and watching the bar move to the right I freaked out and typed as fast as humanly possible. Then I realized how to hack the program. All I had to do was hit submit without and email and a name, then hit the back button. It was so simple! Doing this allowed me to have unlimited time, and to be able to go back and fix errors. Then as I had realized before, someone had figured this out before! No! Not again! When will I ever come out on-top?
