Letters. Sentences. Paragraphs. The infinite combinations that could be made. The beauty that could be made with those 26 letters is hard to fathom.

The formation of letters in a novel ends up like a linear fractal, if such a thing exists. Perhaps we should invent it, for there is little the mind cannot accomplish in one state or another. Heightened or less.
Bonner
So clear they define our life. We search for the perfect lines to exercise our thoughts. They are nothing but squiggles and circles, with a little bit of linear butts. They are everything and nothing, utterly meaningless.
Anna Mielniczuk
there were so many of them…all of them so white and pure like her…he could not open them afraid of whatever they held inside them…they smelled of her…and that made it hard to resist but if he opened them there was no going back ever…

the letters were written to random people, from all over the globe. it wasn’t that the letters were to speceific people either, but just to addresses. the inspector attempted to figure out the actual meaning behind the letters, but couldn’t figure it out until the chief came along.

All that I can see are letters, vague collections of lines that don’t mean anything–but the professor continues to blather on in that charming German accent that STILL cannot hold my attention. It’s painful. I want to learn what the hell this equation means. I want to pay attention. But I just can’t seem to do it.

She shuffled through the mail; nothing much today, only bills, a postcard from her friend in Maine, and junk. She sighed, and made to put the bundle back down on the table. But then, at the very bottom of the pile, she saw the letter. It was stiff, like old parchment, and on the front, was her name, the placement of her bedroom and her address, written in a spidery, frail, sloping hand, in bottle-green ink. She gulped. Could it be, after all these years, her hogwarts letter had finally come, just like it had to Harry Ron and Hermione in the books? She flipped it over, her hands trembling, and nearly fainted dead away at the blood-red seal, and the firmly indented ‘H’ sitting smugly on the crease of the envelope.

letters make words, words make sentences, sentences make paragraphs…. so what do end up with? Stories and more stories. Stories that you want to read or don’t want to read. Who knows? Who cares? I don’t know and I don’t care. So go away.
Diana
i love letter so much. they let me tell the world stories. Stories that sometimes make my inside writhe or float. it doesn’t matter as long as i get them out…out into the air and out of me. I’m free because of them.

there are lots of letter where they are writing themselves acorss the wall in pretty colors and monsters and the alahet is dancing like a jes face that makes no sense and is just really rasict and likes to kill the other letters because he grew up with the idea that some letters are lbetting then other letters. No one likes this letter, thus forth, being as racist as the original letter. This is the world protrayed through letters and racism, people suck.

letters are the basic form of communication. There were words first, obviously, but the written word and the want and need to communicate with those far away combined together to create the world we live in today. Without the written word, ideas would never have been formed, civilizations would never have met and life as we know it would be isolated and alone.
Casey Hibma
I really like letters. I keep a box of them. A box of every letter I get and birthday cards and stuff like that. Some of the letters are from people I don’t talk to anymore. I reread them and think of the times that we were friends. I laugh at them and think of how significant they were.

Letters are how we grow. Letters are the memory, the most personal place someone can be. Within someone else’s thoughts. Letters are love

letters. They form words and letters and paragrpahs and words and papers. they are a way of communication the precursor to emails and text messages. some refer to them as snail mail. letters are what i am using right now as i write this about letters.

There are 26 letters in the English alphabet, but other languages have different numbers of letters. That is rather confusing to people who are learning a new language that doesn’t work on 26 letters.

” How many letters are there in the alphabet ? ” Mary asked Cecelia , ” I don’t bother to count .”
” Easy . 26 !” Cecelia answered merrily .
” How do you get that ?” Mary asked Cecelia .
” Simple . Listen to some ‘ABC’ songs , or count the letters in the alphabet .” Cecelia told Mary , before she walked away , ” I’m gonna have my lunch . See you during remedial !” She giggled , then walked away…

Letters overflow locked boxes in my closet. I wish I could say they were given to me, but I can’t. They’re all the letters I wrote to you, that I never had the courage to send. I wish you knew I fell in love with you. Hope you’re doing well…

Letters are fun to recieve because they can be very heartfelt and dear. I like to write letters to people and cheer them up. Or leave little random letters for my friends because I think it makes them smile. However, letters can apply to letters like ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWZYZ. They’re not the first that come to mind, but it applies to this.
Alaina
I wrote her six letters. She replied to one.

letters. i find them to be therapeutic. i love to write them and receive them. sometimes, i write them and never send them. to me, there is nothing better than a sincere letter, regardless of the context.

I write letters quite often. I write to my girlfriend because I cant see her very often V_V

I wish we could have a writing revolution. Where we could all send letters to each other, not be able to speak to the person while writing in any facet, besides the page. It would maybe help us appreciate patience or each other. Maybe just make people appreciate the beauty of hand written words.
Roni
i used to write letters home to my mother when i would go away for the summers to red river… I used to tell her about how the sun would hit the lake in the morning and remind me of when we used to drive up to the lake by our house.

I think of love letters and how they can help a couple grow especially in long distance relationhips!! I love getting sweet love letters!!

Letters crowd my mind, trying to form words.
Letters fly across my eyes with no destination.
Letters dance their way upon my page.
Letters flow to make something beautiful.

Letters.
Letters are in words, words are in letters.
Letters play such games with me. Snowstorms, flurries, little flakes, falling from the sky, on my nose and eyelashes, all dazzle and beauty and for a moment…..
….I reach for it….
and it’s gone.

ABCDEFG Job and resume. Dear John and from Iraq. Birthday cards and broken heroes, broken dreams. It never happens to me, but it always happens to those who love their children, and they end up dead as can bee. Timeless, I think.

I don’t like that in every ridiculous chick flick there is some emphasis on letters. For example the Notebook. That abomination of a movie destroyed the fun of getting letters. Now anytime I receive one I can’t help connecting myself to that horrible film.
Sabrina
I like to see the letters form on the page, lines, spirals, circles, dots. My hand moving, my fingers tightening, my thoughts leaking through onto the pristine paper.
Ashley Beck
are a good way of communicating with other people although they have been forced out by newer technology. I still get a good feeling every time I go to the mailbox and find a new letter waiting there, addressed, just to me, splendid, personal, and special. mine.

Letters let people stay in contact,
Letters can destroy lives,
Letters are love notes,
Letters are sophisticated,
Letters let you say what you want,
Letters are inappropriate

They make up everything but you have to figure out what you’re going to do with them. There isn’t a recipe; only the constituent parts and you have to figure it all out. It’s difficult. No one said it wouldn’t be. I’m just sick of everyone telling me that I’m good at it and expecting me to be able to arrange everything so easily. It’s hard. I have to drag it all out. I’m not so good at organizing them; it’s all a lucky guess.
Ashley
sometimes i like to write letters to people that i know will never see them. i do it when i’m bored in class, or something. but basically its a good way to express your true emotions even if they never end up seeing it. because it puts you at ease. sometimes. sometimes i wish i could actually send them, you know? let it out

I do like letters. Hell, I’m a professional writing major, so I’d be pretty depressed at this point if I didn’t. But think about it: we’ve constructed a whole system of communication and meaning from a handful of squiggly lines and weird characters: letters!
Letters are good. Letters are the sole reason a website like oneword.com even exists, and letters are the sole reason I’ll ever have any chance to make a living in this world without wanting to kill myself.
Huzzah!

I closed my eyes and began to type. Each keystroke became rhythmic as the letters jumped forwards begging to be pressed. I didn’t know what i was writing, but it had to be something. Maybe something that might inspire someone else to write something life changing. Letters.

alphabets. i like alphabets, i think they’re cool. they make me think of letters. i also think of like mail letters. i like to receive letters. i love it when friends send me mail. i like being surprised. when i look at the word letters. it just looks like a bunch of nonsense. but when u put them together into a word. it actually means somehting. i think this is very meaningful. i’m not sure. but it’s like “let” the letters be together. and s means more. i don’t get this .
