limbo. that numbness which haunts my dreams and mornings. It takes stretching, steaming showers, meditation and exercise to come out of. And all it is, is a private escort from myself for myself from one place to another before I join the world of people around me.
We really wanted to take a limo for prom this previous year, it was my idea, it was my time wasted because in the end, I wasn’t even invited and included into the party. Yes I was very upset that they ended up filling my space with another couple, they were so selfish, it was devastating. It ruined my plans, but yet I had a wonderful prom even without that hummer, expensive, overpriced limo.

luxury is a thing too often wanted by most, but that is because the term is alienated. The luxury of a limo is no different than the luxury of a complementary horse ride, buggy ride, taxi. Sure one’s cleaner and stretched, but the idea is the same. Remember what luxury is.

trashy hooligans parading under a false guise of glamour. Champagne. Yes we are classy flashy. Jealous? Thought so, they’re all jealous – can’t blame them
I really want one…
would probably just sell it anyway…
Don’t worry… I’ve changed my mind….
Do you have anything smaller?

I really had no idea what was going on. One minute i’m standing by myself, looking out in the street. I was waiting for my father to arrive from work. Out from the top of the street i saw a limo coming towards me. It stopped abruptly in front of me. a gun was pulled out and i layed on the street bleeding out.

I’ve rode in a limo once in my life – and it was for my cousin’s wedding. I was six back then, and the only thing I can remember was not the vastness of the vehicle, but more so, the fact that there was all kinds of soda brands back there.
A ride that would’ve taken two hours seemed so short.
I don’t really want a limo for prom. I mean, who needs all the fancy, traditional, stereotypical get-ups anyways? I know it’s a special, one of a kind night and all. My peers certainly let me know of that any time I mention my ideas, but I just want it to be unique; not overly fancy. Anything wrong with that?
She had always imagined that her prince would gallop in on a bright white stallion. Later when she was more realistic she thought that she would settle for a rich guy in a limo. But she never dreamed that a stoner on a bike would tear the love out of her the way he did.
The limo parked outside the suburban ranch house on a street in Phoenix. The limo was waiting for me to emerge from that house to make the journey to the church where I would lose my identity and take on a new name–waiting to take me to my almost-death, marriage.
A limo was parked outside Jessica’s house. She knew what for. It was prom night, and Jenny and the other girls were waiting for her patiently. This was the downside of going to an all girl’s school. While some pretty teens in other schools were getting ready to go to prom with their boyfriends, Jessica was getting ready to go to prom with her friends. Sure, it was going to be fun, but she longed for the companionship of a male. Females weren’t nearly as chivalrous. Jessie headed towards the door, bracing herself for the squeals of joy she would hear once she stepped outside.

i think the most memorable limo ride i’ve taken was when i was in 6th grade visiting new york city with my best friend at the time and his mother. we took about three hours to tour all throughout manhattan seeing a plethora of incredible sights. i had a fantastic time.

I got in the limo. He drove me to a nice restaurant and I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu. It was a night I will forget easily. Men take me out to nice restaurants too often. I just need a guy to take me somewhere unique for once.

I am always happy to see a limo, because it usually means that someone is having a happy adventure (except for funerals, of course). My only wish is that the windows wouldn’t always be so dark — I want to see inside, and when I am inside a limo having an adventure, which isn’t very often, I want people to be able to see me having fun!

Is it really a limo? Who decides anymore what a limo is? And who cares? Hip Hop kings and queens, and wannabes – nobody cares anymore. You can rent them, cheap. They stand out in unnecessary ways. The limo is no longer an adaptation for what you need.
I always wanted to ride in a limo when I grew up. I would design the inside to be every kids dream, complete with t.v.s and a fridge. I never thought that maybe it would be inconveniant or bad. I just wanted to be extraordinary.
As Jensen lay there listening to the pleasant humming he decided to just keep cool and pretend to be asleep. There wasn’t anywhere he needed to be and had no plans, so why not just see where this limo would take him. And it DID feel like he was a celebrity in a limo lying there all comfy and without a care in the world.
The limo gleamed in the moonlight as the dark-suited driver helped her step into the cavernous space. Her silver heel caught on the threshold, but she righted herself and slid onto the supple seat, arranging her sapphire skirts around her. LED lights twinkled like a planetarium ceiling.
There it sat, a sign of wealth from ages past. Aurelia remembered seeing them on TV when she had been a small child, but had never seen one in real life. However, the sight before her was less than pleasing, seeing as it was all burnt rubber and rusted metal with small chips of paint. Hardly enough to really be called a limo.
Night in New York City. Out last one there. The lights were twinkling and the four of us stepped outside the Empire State Building in the blurry haze of late winter, scrambling into our jackets. Dad surprised us by taking us back to our hotel in a big shiny white limo. Four teenagers, so excited and tired gazed out the tinted windows, feeling so important and special, even though the limo at that hour cost just the same as a taxi.

Climbing into the limo, luminescent by the moon, Nia felt special. This was a very different and new feeling for her. She was used to her father beating her and her brothers harsh words. But with Danny, on a night like this, Nia felt happy and excited for prom.

The limo rolled up, and lurched to a stop. The driver climbed out of his seat, and opened up the door. In this town, he knew not to say anything. The limp girl sprawled on the seat was just a figment. She wasn’t really there.
breathing in the air as she stepped out onto the pavement, she was astonished to see a man approach her – “Ms Bliss, this way”, he gestured her towards the limo and presented her with a lime green clipboard outlining the plan for the day. Who knew she was in Bali besides her husband. What was going on here? It wasn’t as if there was a background story sent ahead of her outlining her talents, or was it?
In just 60 seconds her life had changed. Something new was clearly possible . . . she just needed to start it.
I’ve always dreamed about riding in a limo to prom for high school as it is a special night for most girls yet I will never get that chance. I will never go to prom because of the horrors that were my freshman formal and sophomore semi
Kyouya walked into the limo and sat down. The small girl sitting next to him made all the difference.Somehow, he enjoyed joining her in these evening car rides after school. It gave him a sense of accomplishment, the fact that she chose to join him every day here, it made him overjoyed in a way he was not normally. Haruhi Fujoka gave him something more to look forward too, something very normal, but appreciated everyday.
Anna stepped out of the limo. She had picked the dress especially for this event, learned to walk in heels and become a new self. The eyes on her were intimidating but she would do as asked.
We rode, the six of us, in a stretch limosine to the restaurant. It was the only time I have ever been in a limo and it wasn’t even for prom or my wedding or any significant occasion to me. It was for my best friend’s sixteenth birthday party. And she was doing it in style. I remember being so excited that I didn’t even let myself enjoy the ride. We peered out of the tinted windows at the cars that passed us by. We laughed at the other students at our high school who stared when the limo pulled up to pick us up. There wasn’t much that we could do beyond that.

This melancholy sort of nostalgia hit me. This year had been the best and the worst, all wrapped into one. Going through it, it was total hell. But looking back, I wasn’t ready to be pushed out of the small, confined, yet exciting limo called high school. The ride was the best part. Getting out, however, was the hardest.
I wonder who all those special people are, i used to think.
Then I realized all those special people are just people.
We’re all special in His eyes.

She didn’t want to ride in it. She wanted to walk. And she told them so, but of course they didn’t listen. They never listened. And now they’ve forgotten that she’s afraid of limos. Too much like hearses, she always said.
it wheeled around the corner so fast we barely got out of the way. inside we saw it was the band and it seemed somehow incongruous that this group of musicians would be riding in something so sleek
