  13. I was so lucky to find a foster home with people that actually wanted me. Some of my friends didn’t get it so good. They got people who hated them, who didn’t want them around anymore. My foster father is one of a kind I think. He’s never too stern or pushy. He’ll let you do everything in your own time. I like that about him.

  14. I always wondered if I was a lucky child. Being the eldest had it’s perks. But it had it’s down sides too. People say my brother was the lucky one because I’d be taking all the blame and responsibility. But with that comes trust, faith and respect. I’m more respected than him because I’m older. I’m looked at as the mature child. So I guess I’m really the lucky one here.

  23. Lucky is to have luck. Lucky is also a trait. Not many people possess this trait, and most who do don’t seem to realize it, as they’re too busy complaining about how terrible their life is, or maybe they’re just too busy find a 20$ bill on the street and getting a promotion.

I just don’t know. I’m willing to bet that the world is chaotic and absurd and relatively pointless but oh so beautiful. Oh so beautiful.

    Other than that… Tomato.

Luck has nothing to do with it. Connections, work, hard at the right time, less hard at other times, and coincidence.

  35. I feel lucky
lucky for life. lucky for love. but is it luck? is it some cosmic fate we have labelled luck that is the cause of my success? or is luck just imagined by those who are jealous of the success of others and a way for them to dismiss the sycces of others by saying ” they just got lucky”
