  3. it means doing something with your hands. I think it probably has to do with labor or work. It also means a book with instructions. Instructions on what to do with your hands maybe. When you don’t know what to do with your hands. When that happens I ususally put them together and pray. About what I should do with my hands. There is no instruction manual about how to pray. Other than just say what’s in your heart.

  7. Sometimes I think I need a user’s manual for life. Everything’s so hectic and there are so many changes. But that’s just part of being a teenager, I think. They say you’re supposed to enjoy your life at this age. I believe them. There are so many goals we have. But it’s still so much like a maze. Where will we end up? Will our final destination be the one we originally intended? I don’t know, for example, if I’m going to be a hobo on the streets or if I’m going to be a lawyer.

  10. manuals tell you what to do, and how to do it. or… it’s something you do onyour own, like labor. No help from machines. Similarly, a manual transmission- you do it yourself, not the car. Manual is something very earthy, where you can take pride in doing it. Even if you use a manual booklet for instructions, you’ve put that bike together on your own!! Yay manuals!!

I would know what buttons to push to make you love me, to want me, to change your mind (heart?) about me. I would have control. But that isn’t love at all, is it? To control you. If one observes how much as changed in the daily life of the various generations of mankind , one would pass out.
Nowadays there isn’t a piece of work for which a machine hasn’t been invented ! no one wants to use their hands, fingers and feet. Using energy for the smallest jobs, not using the god-given instruments. What has happened to good old manual labour?? It keeps us fit, teaches us how to take care of ourselves etc.

It is agreed technology hs helped us come a long way , it has made life much easier physically , yet we should realise the importance of doing things manually as well.

  34. Amy stared at the driver’s manual in her lap. The steering wheel kept getting in the way of turning the pages, but she refused to push the seat back — that was admitting defeat. That was calling her father to have him come lift her hood and figure out what was wrong with her engine. That was saying, “Daddy, I’m just a little girl, and maybe I’m not really old enough to be on my own.”

  37. Manual is a boring, repetitive word to describe labour. Manual is also the name of any book that helps you to work equipment. With the help of a manual you learn to work VHS and DVD’s. Manual is a functionary word, for a functionary life. Its dull, unexciting and boring.

    Hannurdock

Semi-auto though, seems to be the in thing nowadays as it allows for both control and ease but I still have not tried it fully tho.
