minerals are good for you, but not in excess. there was a time when i thought i could get myself to take enough with some vitamin/mineral pills, but then i just felt like i was eating candy. and they also try to tell you that there are minerals in some make up. but i feel that that is a lie. minerals are only good if they are true.

My son has been learning about rocks and minerals. He even got student of the month for his mineral contribution to class. Its amazing how many different minerals make up things we use in everyday life. I wish I could think of more, but I’m watching Avatar and not into minerals right now.

it is a thing found in earth that has good or bad properties and can be use in cosmetics and in other things suck as products for skin and it is found on water or ground.
A mineral. something hard. something soft. diamond. shiny. You, are shiny. Something hard and soft. Something to wear on my finger?
Maybe.
Maybe not.
A rock, a diamond, a ruby.
Red like blood. Shiny like life.
Life on my finger.

the minerals are small
sometimes just invisible.
you can see some on the ground
and some can be in the sky
they’re as small as little pebbles
they can be seen with a microscope
some are blue
some are red
some are ugly brown
take them
see them
hold them close
they’re small
and they make up this world.

There was no end to the uses for Kysium. Jess understood that and, somehow, he would make Rachel understand it too. Just because they were slaves; just because they’d spend a goodly part of their lives working down here in the mines, didn’t mean they could use

Rocks are beautiful and they have lots of meaning to them. Minerals are good for your body and they are in everything, they provide tons of nutrients to the body. Minerals can be really cool looking too!!

There’s always a lot of talk about whether not you’ve got the minerals to do what you need to do, but I think the real question isn’t whether or not you can, but whether you can live with yourself after words. Many claim to never be able to take a life, should it come to a self-defense situation, they would let themselves die.

Minerals come in many shapes and sizes. They are different colors and come in many things. They can help people function and keep their lives healthy. Minerals are everywhere.

you never know what could be in your water all you know is that water is water! and nothing else is in water. its simply water the absense of any other ingredient. water is used to make things but nothing makes water! ah ha! your wrong minerals are what make up water.

there are mineral deposits all over my bathtub. i’m not sure where they are from but i think there must be something in the water. which makes me suspicious. this city doesn’t really seem fit for human occupation, what with its appallingly bad weather on top of the mineral deposits in my bathtub. or maybe i’m just paranoid

mineral. what is a mineral? something small, something big? like a rock? or maybe something you might taste in your water when you go to another country… or maybe even the horrible salty and strange feeling you might get while SHOWERING in another country? Mineral. what is a mineral? our very lives are based on mineral life, what makes what tick what makes what move what makes things work the way they do.

It all came back to that one sparkling mineral. Everything they had worked for, died for, bled for was for that little shiny rock. Evelyn understand much, but she did enjoy the bracelets her husband made her in the shafts.

One word can touch, can encourage , can mean nothing at all, or it can mean everything. It can reach, can fullfill, can inspire, can tear down, can hurt, can make the difference in another persons life.

it can be found in food we eat. it is sometimes also precious and can be found in different colours. Some of them are not edible. We want to have mineral water and not tap water.

minerals are boring. i mean, i learned about them in my seventh grade science class in depth for the first time. there were three types of rock: sedimentary, something else, and something else still. I guess it wasn’t really that important after all.

Minerals are what we really need in our body. And for fuel for our cars, electricity and a million other things.
But at the rate at which we are really using it up, we really won’t have much left for the next generation. Or wait, our generation.
This is probably a good thought for World Earth Day. Stop creating holes. Stop using up all those good things earth has to offer.
Unless you are using mineral water, which if you ask me is plain stupid. Water. Simple.

A substance used to create metals, things for building. Also in caves, building stalagmites and stalactites. Minerals run our world, minerals are the basis for advanced life. Water is important for life to exist, In order to advance you need Minerals.

Minerals are the best thing in the world. The lights that they throw off in the deepest depths of hell. Makes you wonder if the story about francis and lisa ever was true.. or if it was one big fairytale just trying to draw your attention in.

Shining. Glistening.
Godly, in my hand. A bright light that

Sought after and valued as though

dripping off stalactites the minerals are like sweat on skin the salt in the sweat makes me know i’m alive and the sparkle and sheen make me wonder what the cool sweat of the cave feels like

Mineral water is supposed to be very good for you, so is meditation. And exercise. And smiling. And thinking positive thoughts. A lot of things are really good for you, so why, on Earth are you not DOING them???

I have come to hate the word mineral, along with contact, surface, dip, angle, rake, structure, and rock. Any mineral reminds me of Mineralogy, the hateful class of staring down a light microscope, rotating a stage, and bullying your brain to figure out what mineral you’re staring at. Three hours of staring at a freaking rock in hand sample and under a microscope, and you’re still not sure if you’re mineral percentages of feldspar to quartz to hornblende to apatite or whatever are right! Mineral? No way…
