  14. It’s true. Redheads require more anesthesia for surgeries (20% to be exact!). Redheads have a lot of myths attached to them. But scientists have proven a lot of those myths to be true. Another one is that we bleed more during surgery and that our hair turns white instead of gray. All of these medical mysteries are linked to our unique color of hair. Being a redhead makes me feel like no other woman in the world. It’s like I have a gift that no one else can have. So yes, I have a redheaded chip on my shoulder. Good luck trying to saw it off.

  26. Lies, legends, myths.
What are the differences between these words?
Myths are often ancient religions we choose to place there out of ridiculousness in our eyes.
Legends are old stories that cannot be proved but are told to have just a grain of truth.
Lies are usually fresh and new, can be of any size and shape, and aren’t always known as such.
If myths and legends are lies, then what makes us believe that our religions and histories are true?

People laughed, and no one believed him when he said there was a dragon in the mountains, that the old witch had predicted it on her deathbed. It was hard to be the son of a witch. He walked up that mountain in his suit and with his sword, and he never returned. Eventually, some people felt bad for having laughed.

  30. Things that aren’t true are myths. Like the myth that cats are as cool as dogs. Or the myth that space ships only work when they’re in space. I want to make up a myth about something just so when people are like, “is that true or just a myth?” I can say, “no, I made that myth up.” (weirdest post yet)

  31. A myth is a story. Sometimes. Or it can be a theory that has yet to be tested for real. Or it has been tested but people in this day and age have never tested it. Some people believe myths. Some people don’t care for them. Myths are sometimes real, sometimes not. Most likely they aren’t real. But thats why we have shows like Mythbusters to help us test myths out.
