Her answer had made his day and with that she turned away, smiled and decided she needed to buy herself yet another pair of shoes.

  14. THis is a very important word in today’s society. Many things that we once did not even know have become a “necessity” in our modern world. Living without facebook or our mobile phones is a difficult concept, when in actuality food and water are some of the only things we truly need.

  15. i am being told that i have to write something in this box. is it a necessity? no – i have chosen to start writing, but maybe i feel that it is necessity to make the writing good, even though it doesn’t have to be. so therefore i conclude that if you perceive something to be a necessity then it will take the enjoyment out of something otherwise really quite enjoyable – indeed if i didn’t fret over thinking it was a necessity to make this paragraph good, then i wouldn’t be writing about this fretting and probably write something very different.

  16. It is a necessity to always fly with your feet off the ground. If you fly carrying the ground with you, you will carry the whole earth and possibly tilt it on its axis. You must always leave behind what you don’t need, and the world is unnecessary for important things like flying into space to hear the roar of the stars. You can’t enjoy life without leaving the earth behind.

  19. They keep telling me food is necessity. Don’t they understand that to me it’s painful, I don’t ask people to do things that will torture their souls so why am I asked to? Ahhh yes because I am adle brained and crazy – I know that’s how they feel!

  20. playing video games is my necessity. it is one of my obsessions since I was really young. playing video games fascinates me to a degree of it became an escape from reality for me, a way to live another life different from mine, even better and more exciting than my boring and dull reality.

  27. There are many things that we do in our lives out of necessity, such as going to work, shopping, feeding the family and doing the chores. However, these things really pale into insignificance, in proportion to all the things that we do simply because we want to, because we love to, or love the people we do it for.

  28. I really have no idea what this word means. But if it means that it’s something that is NECESSARY in life and you can’t live without it, I will probably say family or friends. Because, no matter how cheesy and corny that sounds, without them, you would be nothing. You would just be born onto the streets with no one to run to and probably just eventually, you know, die. And um, that’s basically it. Another necessity is love. <3

  33. The necessity is something you don’t desire, but you know you must have, it is something you constanly fight to fullfill, to obtain. There is no way you can skip your necessities, whether they are physical or spiritual.

  35. Some things are necessary; like food, water and shelter. These days people are succumbing to their wants; materialistic things like electronics and wealth, and are forgetting that many people in the world don’t even have the basic necessities of life. Some people don’t even have love.

  39. i need i need so much i feel sometimes like i need everything and it is too much and even do i know what i need? do i just think i need and need and need so that eventually i will get what i really actually do need? i don’t know. i feel ashamed to say this and i dont know why i feel ashamed but i do. that i feel like my family is the mediocre bad reason why i am so mediocrely bad.

  40. The world has a necessity of money although I don’t understand the need for it. It’s as though we rely on it to be complete but whatever. I have a necessity of being near people for a good majority of my day and if I’m not, it results in overly exciting trips to Wal-Mart. I feel like I have the thought that boys are a necessity but that train left the station a long time ago.
