  13. Oak. A tree people take for granted as they walk past it on a day by day basis. Yet the oak is something special. It’s magnificent in it’s size, grandeur, power. IT towers over the human race. The bark grows more beautiful with age. We humans are inferior.

  37. Tree, strong sheltering standing tall in the dark woodland. Leaves drop at end of summer, we know life resurges – confidence in rebirth, redemption, fresh starts. ‘can get back to normal’ whatever the problem. 39. Oak is a basis for a lot of different things. It supports our home and life styles simplly by being wood. Oak is probably very under appericiated and over used. It’s simply cruel to treat a magestic tree in such a way.

  40. The oak tree lies alone. It does not have a brother or sister. It has no home. it has no mother. A mere seed it a forest of nothing. A fire took burden to those around. It lies alone. People may past it, people may touch it, but in the end. They all leave. and it continues to, lie alone. All alone. An oak. Like me, it lies alone.
