the offer still stands, my dear,
long after we’ve left this silly thing behind.

too far to let the string wear and break
my offer is the most real thing.

    Lena Soldner
  4. Offer, is it a special from a cafe or some local business? is it a gimmick to get you in the door from corporate America? Or is it offering a chance for a friend or family member to experience something? I was offered the chance to write about this word.

    Stevie
  5. I’d like to make you an offer you can’t refuse. An offer to live. An offer to not think about the crazy antics of the world – school, work, money, racism, hate, greed, and just RELAX. Just be HAPPY. Just feel LOVED and BE LOVED. One day we’re all going to die, and none of this is even going to matter, except love.

Or will you maybe not walk out of here with those six poodles, or indeed at all? What we’ll do is, we’ll spin the bottle. Only, the bottle’s a gun…. and “we” don’t spin – I point.

    Daniel Marx
  9. i offer you the chance to think about the fight we had today, just as you offered me your hand and your love and now that seems to be falling apart.

  13. Theres so much when it comes to offering, im not talking about a biblical sense either. If you just offer something positive to someone whenever you can, you’ve done a good thing. If they like it, they can take it, if they dont then just keep going. Its the passing on of good things, positivity and love in general.

    Heatherforever
  14. You offer double exposure, laying on a single frame, and you forget the one in the borrowed tux who made you laugh. Not very artsy of you, I should say, as I flee the scene like a waning moon to make another choice.

  22. i don’t have anything to offer. and most people who do have something to offer don’t interest me. i’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. i guess that i do have things to offer but it’s the same problem, the things that i have to offer no one wants, and those who might want it are so few and far between that the chances of us meeting are very slim.
this makes me sad. it’s like all people want is something from one another and if you don’t have it then you’re fucked.
