Whenever i see the word passport, i start thinking about all the people that take vacations to some exotic island because they have money. then i think of all the immigrants that “vacationed” here long ago. they had no money. those people with money to toss around, came from penniless people with nothing to their name. think about that.

  10. I gave the man my passport. He looked like a nice guy, young, maybe in his late twenties. He carefully examined the picture on the legal documentation and I thought how odd it was to see someone actually do that for once. Usually they just glance at the picture and hand your ID back. Not at the international airport, I guess. Not since 9/11.

  33. Travel to another world, away from the comon and the ordinary. Don’t stop to think why just go. The adventure is yours to see and do. Why are you hesitating, what are you afraid of. The world is yours to take or leave as you see fit. If you stay here you will never know what you will miss, if you don’t try. It is easy to stay where you are its safe, but progress is never made by those who live to be safe.
