  19. I went down the path in the forest. To the left and right were longleaf pine trees dripping with Spanish moss. The path was a two lane road carpeted with long pine needles. Sun shone in dappled pools onto the sandy ground.

    After a while, I reached an opening washed with sunlight. Birds flitted back and forth within the overhanging branches. A balmy breeze whispered through the trees, and the needles shone with reflected sunlight.

  26. there are lots of paths in the world, some are made of concrete some have leaves on them specially in the autumn when the leaves fall off the tree. i like to walk along the path near where i work. it has trees at the side, and it feels nice when the wind blows through them. the yellow brick road was a path i really liked it. it went to the emerald city. maybe my life will take me to the emerald city if i walk along the yellow brick road. but i would like it to have trees at the side. not stupid scarecrows and tin men.
