  1. This path is weathered,
worn down with the gravels and grains that pass over it in waves from the sighs of lost travellers, sent astray by beliefs they longed to chase,
only to wish for things that are now erased.

    Alleyana

  8. what path do I want to take for our family… for our homeschool. The word path to me is unlevel, but interesting. Shaded from the sun. warm. green. its a place I want to be even if there is plenty of sweat involved and some bugs to swat.

  11. I’m walking along this path called life. It has so many turns, way too many turns…. It’s just ridiculous. Did I choose the right path? Did I take the wrong one? Was there one under brushes I didn’t even see?

  12. oh this pace
    it’s much too slow
    and our path
    it’s much too long
    but you can’t seem
    to step it up
    pick up your feet
    and leave me be
    in my hollow
    out of sync
    i’d rather finish last
    anyhow

  13. I walked along the dark, and frightening path. It lead the the edge of the world. There I stood, breathing deeply, contemplating all I’d done, all I’d seen, and everywhere I’d been. A single tear rolled down my cheek, as I wish and prayed to go back, to start anew, and live again. To do it all again. To do it right.

  15. I was walking down either a path to a secret garden or to grandmoter’s house. Each very different from the other. One is illed with love and beautiful flowers and excitement, while the other is filled with a fear of animals and darkness. There are few trials along to way to each, but the protagonist is able to overcome the fears and/or challenges of their journey.

  16. I had a path in life. I wanted to follow it, live it, dream it. I had it all planned out. I was, of course, 16 years old. I also mapped out a very similar plan at 18. Funny how that path took a strange turn somewhere between 19 and 21. It went from kids and college and successful business life to person who makes $10 an hour and doesn’t have her college degree yet. Yeah, life is funny that way. Our paths aren’t always what we expect them to be. Can we learn and grow through it? Is change always a bad thing? I guess we’ll see!

There are many things I think I would like to do with my life, but there’s always the concern that I’ve made the wrong decision.
