  2. a shcool master or what? oh this reminded me of my secondary high school’s principal, He’s nice. He has cool hair, black and white but he made it looks like it’s highlighted

    LNG
  3. the principal of the whole operation was to just all emerge well enough to get the area running safely. No one on the team knew this would happen. But it was their only hope once out on the field. All guns blazing, bullets rebounding off of anything that will reflect them.

  4. Principal, a word with so many meanings in its shadows, but who follows the same perfect logic it was made to decipher: the head, the one that leads the food chain without looking behind its back. So fear principality or become it…

    krishanth
  5. Principals are a leader of the school. Their very presence brings discipline and makes us try our best to impress such a leader. They go through unseen troubles for the love of children and want to see their success. They are the head of the place where children will become successful and have the means to accomplish anything. Wow.

  6. My old principal was named Mr Marshall. He was a great teacher – he made class interesting by breaking the rules and doing different types of activities… to be fair he only taught us in drama and debating. He showed us a monologue by Dustin Hoffman from Hook, which was one of the first great pieces of acting that I ever saw… In hindsight it was nothing special, but it made an impression on me then.

  7. They say the principal path of life, is to follow those who have stood upon hills of unimaginable grandness, defying fear, anguish, and to be self defiant, so as to make yourself an image of tomorrow.

    krishanth
  8. He held himself to a certain principal, he had his own code and that was what he lived by. There were no rules except his own. If you weren’t with him you were against him. He trusted nobody, hardly trusted himself. There was one woman who had never let him down and took two to the dome for him, damn his mother was hell of a woman. She was never meant to get caught up in this bullshit. The bullshit his piece of shit father started but he was determined to end. He opened the drawer and pulled out a nine millimeter; tonight, he would collect what was debted to him.

  9. her fingers were lightning, and her bow set notes aflame. (her violin was a cobra and she made it dance to mozart) (from her strings to god’s ears i saw the audience burn) i sat beside her every day and never got my fill of her fire.

one day, i swore, i will have her. her, or her seat. (i’m much too cold to care)

  12. I love you more than you know.

    I do know.

No, no you don’t. And I don’t think you ever will.

    You’re breaking up with me?

    No, I couldn’t do that.

Then what is this about? And why here? You’re scaring me.

    I’m leaving. I’m done.

You’re not breaking up with me, but you’re leaving?

    Come with me.

    What?

Come with me. To a town where they won’t know what we used to be to each other.

What about the school? My degree?

There are other high schools. I need you. I can’t live like this anymore.

…I need you too. Let’s do this.

  13. Principals rule the schooling world. Think of them as the pope, that has control over the whole catholic world. But, that world is just your school. And they sometimes teach your classes… but not always. I don’t like them, personally. But you could say that’s just my opinion. “That’s your opinion…” As Sheldon would say. Sheldon Cooper. God love him.

  14. the prinicpal at my primary school was a man callled David butterfield. He was a strict yet relaxed man, who i always imagined to be like a butterfly in a field of wheat, because of the ‘field’ in his name. He had grey hair, which clung to his head. Even after 3 or 4 years of leaving primary school, he is still working there.

    Ezra Kohn
  15. Principals are nice, sometimes. They rule the school, kind of like the pope or the queen, but there are bazillions of them. Sometimes they make your life terrible, or they make it better. But usually the first option. They are teachers, after all, and teachers suck shit. Principals. Teachers.

    Tahlia
  16. Their was once a mean principal that was the principal of all principals he wanted to be nice but nobody gave him a chance so he moved to china and started new and became a teacher and everybody liked him…

  17. I’ve never really respected principals. Just because they wear the big suits doesn’t mean they automatically have my respect. My trust. Thebonly principal that has ever meant more to me than an incompetant abuse of authority is a woman who became my friend before I even realized she was my principal. All because of the simple way of introducing herself by name, like a normal human being. Introducing herself as the principal gave her no benefit of securityor power. She was proud to introduce herself as herself, and that made me want to do the same. With confidence.

  19. When i was six years old, I got into an awful lot of trouble when I was in school. One hot afternoon after lunch, i decided i would beat the shit out my principal. And I did just that. I snuck into his office after the last bell rang, snuck up behind his chair, and started to beat the ever

  21. because he’s the most important part, the most important bit. it’s his show, and everybody’s just the background. and everybody knows that too, everybody stays out of his way, and everybody looks away, too. maybe that’s a good thing — for him, for everybody else. he shines too bright anyway. there’s no such thing as sunglasses big enough or lenses dark enough. but maybe that’s a good thing.

  22. There’s a happy little bird in the hall, but that happiness drops when he walks by. A large, surly owl, too old for his time and way past his prime. “Why aren’t you in class?”

“I’m off to roost,” he replied defiantly.

Harrumph, said the principal without really saying a word.

    The happy bird ran.

  23. He didn’t care for the repercussions. The consequences of his actions. His goal was simple. The principal thought in his mind, overtaking all other processes, was to get her. Find her, get her out, get her safe. Maybe sneak a kiss in on the way, because you never know. Better to be safe than sorry.

  24. a person that tells you what to do, makes rules. distributes punishments. remember the difference between this and priciple “because a principal is your PAL” whateeeever that is not really true, but a nice way to remember i suppose.

    Sydne
  25. I hated my principal in school (is that the right “principal?”) either way he was a total ass to students and teachs alike and our school really went downhill when he came into power. But the year after I graduated, the school board finally kicked him out, now maybe people will actually learn somthing for once in my cut-rate, hick town!

  26. This is not a story. It´s not. And the principal character is not a character and the villian is just a man who decided to run a company that happened to ruin yours. This is not a story and you are not important. You were warned before you came. You decided you’d take this as a challenge, being one in billions.

  27. There’s one person in the school whom I fear. No, it’s not the prefect of discipline, and no, it’s not the big bad bully. It’s the person who wears suits and barongs, the one who speaks at school assemblies with nothing less than amazing grammar but bad accent: the principal.

    Inna
  28. i have no idea what a principal is, but it sounds like the headmaster of a school, kinda. mine’s really stupid. he says stuff like “guys can’t get good grades just because they’re not girls” and like some of the kids get beaten up and he just doesn’t care.

    Elli
  29. I was only 6 years old. I trailed behind the principal as he looked for the criminal of the playground: Bobby…? I wasn’t sure of his name, but the kid sure was bad. I was going to help the principal find this guy: I was going to be a hero. Suddenly, the principal turned around and glowered down at me. “What are you doing?” he asked.

  30. i had a principal once in primary school. i don’t know why i remember him, or his jowls, or his goatee. i even remember that I used to think he looked like the doctor I used to go to. that was more than a decade back. shows how powerful remembrance is. even unnecessary ones. especially unnecessary ones

  31. Oh shit. Oh! 60 seconds, first timer. uh principal. my cheeks are getting red. My heart is beating really fast. I feel like i’m trying to beat the clock. That clock, ironically.. the same feeling you get when you’re in the principals office. You feel awful, because you know you’re in trouble.

  32. She had principals, which were her very foundation, and their import meant that she was willing to do anything to protect and though she thought she was defending her beliefs, a question was beginning to haunt her sleep. Could lying to preserve them really leave her with anything worth keeping?

  33. The principal glared down her long nose at me disapproovingly, while I just sat there begging myself to show some guts and not sink into my seat. My mum sat beside me, a look of dumb shock on her face. Shut your mouth mother you look like a fish i thought.

  34. I had a principal who was a cripple for a short amount of time. He fell on the slopes and broke his leg. For the next month and a half, we watched as he slowly limped around our school, still nodding and smiling at any students who greeted him. He managed a cast with quiet dignity. So here’s to you Mr. Hodge. We love you, and you inspire us.

  35. This is the person who causes all the problems, who calls the parents when you misbehave, who paddles you when no one is home. This is the person who watches your kid while you’re away and makes them adhere to rules that you didnt set.

  36. when i think of the word “principal, i think of the headmaster of my elementary school. the first educator to inspire me. she was kind and and even as a child i knew she loved her job.she smiled warmly.

  40. The principal march back and forth. Glances go wary and dashes side to side. The bell ring and out pour the students. Waves of hands and paper wash through as if a school of fish were swimming in every directions.
