  4. Once, I was little. Not little as in I couldn’t talk, little as in, I still believed in Santa, though. We had a farm; cows, horses, chickens, and pumpkins. Our cows produced the best milk, our horses were dandy for riding, and our chickens laid the world’s finest eggs. Our pumpkins, though, were not up to par.

  7. patch was where they met late at night, and she couldn’t see anything. he was crouching wearing night vision goggles he’d stolen after his dishonorable discharge and he’d aimed at her, wondering and ready and – he shot the pumpkin beside her. it exploded into orange all over her pink dress and the first thing she exclaimed was “I look horrible!”

He knew then that she was for him.

A man with 5 cats in haul behind him tip-toed past me with a very scared look on his face, I forgot about it soon. Her mother was going to make pie and she wanted to have the scariest jack o lantern in the nieghborhood. She was so excited to dress up as a witch fo r halloween and i will scare the girl s at school they will think she is a real witch and she will be able to put spells on them and hten maybe Johhnny appleseed will fall in love with her and she will be queen of the playground. She is so excit4ed for this year and the halloween party. She is big enough to bob for apples and big enough for the carmel apples. Last year mother said she would choke on a kernal of corn or she would drown in the apple bobber. She would drown. Like she didn’t know how to swim.

  29. is eatyen today. Thanksgiving day. Our children still learn the euro=protestant story of thanks-giving, and not until college, if ever, do they learn the story from the other side. I am glad that today is a day to be with family, but I don’t think I celebrate it for what we learn it is.

  32. A pumpkin. Halloween. Fall. Thanksgiving. All words that we associate with this. But what is really behind this 6 letter word? Pumpkins were at first harvested and eaten, back in the olden days. Now, we just take out their insides, maybe save a few seeds, and carve faces in them. WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO?!

  40. I love this pumpkin. His face looked like one, but I looked past the red cheeks and full bloat of a nightly booze session and got into bed with him anyways. He stopped drinking when he was with me, and then I left him. I still miss him. I wish he was in my bed right now, with his akwardness.
