  1. Rallies? Do rallies really affect change? Or is it just our government’s way of letting us think that we can actually make a difference? How about we rally around the effectiveness of rallies? Or rally for something that is silly, because that’s more fun than being ignored.

  3. They all rallied around him. He wasn’t necessarily the leader type, but he was all they had. He took on the role as good as he could. He was shy at times, but gathered the courage of the masses to do what needed to be done. Together they made a difference. Together they changed the wrongs that had been had to be set right.

  9. Fairness rally…support those fairness picketers. Promote equality. In a society where discrimination is already prohibited, it is not actually enforced in regards to the private business within small town Kentucky businesses. This is surprising considering the efforts in the civil rights movement to free people from discrimination based on gender, sex, race, etc. The fairness rally will be to promote the passing of the fairness ordinance at Berea City Hall. Students will sing, march, and voice their opinion and support of the fairness oridinance.

  11. sometimes when my head aches and i want to rally the troops and head out the door to an epic bra burning, I put on my visor and pack my sunflower seeds and call up my friends and say, “Hey!! Are you going to the big rally today? Cause I am!!” and then I’m off!
I grab my flag, and fly out the door, over the grass and into the public square. And there I stand, at the rally.

Its like light hazel and light brown and he makes me smile like no one else except maybe Kevin but that because I'm kinda in love with him]m *sigh*

  14. A rally is when a large group of people come together to show their support for a cause. I’ not sure I could say I’ve ever been at a rally. It would be an amazing environment to be in … surrounded by like-minded and like-passioned people who believe strongly enough in a cause to stand publicly together to declare their communal identity.

I was much more comfortable sitting at a desk, listening to a teacher, taking notes, or doing an assignment, in other words, learning in a classroom setting. But I probably missed out on lots of non-classroom learning. Yet I’m still not sure I’d like to go to a pep rally today.

  30. rally is the meaning of bringing people together. at my old high school when we would have our homecoming rally it would bring all of the classes together instead of separating us. we all felt united for one purpose to come together against our opponents and that gave everyone a sense of community. that is why everyone gets so excited and pumped to be a part of it and why everyone always goes all out to show their pride for our school.
