  8. Remember when you walked down the stairs and saw me for the first time? I was sitting next to another boy, just a friend but… well I don’t know. I wanted you to know that I was available. I’d only just met you, yet something about you called to me. Remember when we sat in a parking lot in your car all morning because you didn’t want to take me home? Or the time I crawled out of your house through the back door to avoid your sister? Or every time that we would hold hands driving? When we went to the beach and you nearly pulled down my bathing suit bottom? Playing mini golf on the boardwalk? Getting hoagies and Italian food? Hotels? Sex? The hairs on your face that grow the other way? I wish I didn’t remember them. I wish I could forget every little detail about you. Thats the funny thing about falling out of love. If you really love them, it never happens.
So here I am reminiscing on a past I wish that I could wish I didn’t have.
