  4. i remember the time when everything seemed to be so clear. Days moved by with ample speed but as i got older i started to remember the little things that seemed to go overlooked. I wish that i my memories could be relieved. For why do we remember? Is it to prove to us that things happen yesterday or three years ago. Or is it so we can look back and learn from it?

  5. I remember lots of things, most a lot of things i forget. It’s funny how everybody’s memories are different. I sometimes wish I could get inside of someones head, just to see their memories. I wonder if they remember in pictures or words.

  11. I am not sure if I really “remember” anything. I have memories but they seem more jumbled than most. But I do have a fondness for the past. In books, in shows, in a world that isn’t my own. That’s all I can remember. Besides the ones I love :-)

When I think of remember, I think of sand, as maybe a lot of people do, because sand seems endlessly bound up with our thoughts of time, and I know it must be because of hourglasses, but maybe it has something to do with waves crashing on the beach, but either way, I have seen lots of sand in my life, as well as quite a few beaches, and sometimes it becomes hard to tell them apart from each other.

  23. Memory is an odd thing. How come we remember one thing and completely forget the next? I’ll assume it’s because we remember the important things over the minute details of our life. But then there’s always those times when you’ll remember something totally irrelevent to anything remotely important. What makes us remember those things? And how is it that people are so forgetful. How many times has someone reminded another, “Don’t forget…!” But that person forgets anyway. It happens to me on a regular basis.
