Repeating and keeping rhythmic banter flowing. Gently floating and numbing. Nothing to dream about and nothing to fear. Ordinary extraordinary.

“Repeat after me,” the teacher began but he wasn’t listening. He never did. This was a waste of time and effort on everyone’s part. Or at least, he felt that way. His mind was in another place, past the teacher and the desks. He was out the window, walking among the sunlight and the trees, where someone with wings really, truly belonged.
I repeat, I repeat, I repeat. Why is it we pretty much go through life as though one of our feet was nailed to the floor and keep repeating the same dullard mistakes again, and again, and, well, you know.
david
repitition is a very big part of our world. My professor Dan Breen, one of the smartest men i’ve known in my life told u that studying literature is all about studying repitition. It is the easiest way to discover what the author is trying to say. If you see something similar within a story or stories it is most likely important. I think that was very good advice that I wont ever forget.
Mike
Repeat everything you say twice for a day. See what is really important to you – the words you repeat constantly are the things that are the most important in your life. This exercise will help illuminate those things so you may do them more often.
Megan
repeat, anything on repeat is merely to be written, said or heard about over and over and over again until it turns into a repeated statement. Funny how that works, being on repeat. What if our lives were on repeat? That’d be an odd way to live, huh? I want to live your touch on repeat. Always.
Krista
Repeat what is reaped

She had gotten into this routine. It was a normal thing in her monotonous life. Wake up. Eat. Go to the park. Go home. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.
Everyday she did this. She repeated.

repeating the words ive heard in my head over and over again, I love you, I love you, I love you. you said it only once and Ive heard it a million times at least, every night when I go to sleep, every day, every time I see you. It will never go away. Love never dies. Not my love for you at least. But that love you spoke of, yours has faded, I can tell. but sometimes I catch a glimpse of what used to be there behind your eyes, its all in the way you look at me. i know you love me as much as you can.

Gerald stood in the shadow of the building, bracing for what he knew was to come next. With whatever little bit of courage remained, he closed his eyes and stepped forward.. Just before the lights went out, Gerald caught sight of the the piano overhead as it landed squarely on top of his head. Having this sad bit of news get delivered so abruptly was not all that big of a surprise, because Gerald was learning the hard way that only one thing in life truly is certain: what we don’t learn, we are doomed to repeat.
repeat actions over and over again to maintain information. This is a great method for memorization. Every person, no matter from what walks of life has to use memorization as a skill at some point in their life. Repeating lines for actors using different inflictions in their voice helps them prepare for an upcoming audition, or just to centralize their character. For servers in the workplace, they might have big tables that order multiple items off the menu, whether or not they have a pad of paper or are using memorization techniques, repeating the order is often helpful to guarantee customer satisfaction.

repeat what I say and you will say what I say though you will never be able to really say what I say you will only be able to make your own replica of my words or my actions and you will never be able to really mimic me perfectly that is the beauty of the individual.

Repeat is never new. It has always been done. It’s safe. It’s stable. It’s re-visting somewhere you’ve already been. Eating a meal you’ve already tasted. It’s Groundhog Day. Repeat is an opportunity to do things better though. To learn from your mistakes and grow.
