The skeletons in my closest, change the way i look at love and life. I can never say i love you first for i will feel heartbroken from rejection. The skeleton under my skin is the only strong thing about me these days. My heart doesn’t even stand a chance. One day my skeleton will rot away.
Amanda
My body has been sitting so very heavily on my bones. My whole skeleton has sagged and bent, bowing under the weight of skin and tired gristle.
Skelotens are the basic bone structure providing us a solid foundation for growing and strength and standing etc etc. You get what I mean? Basically they’re just there to put everything else on top of, like a table, but made of calcium and a few other compounds. Though I’m not sure which exactly. Depending on how you think about it.

skeleton is a bone figure. i dont know much about it. i was really thinkin about a guy i like. i have his fb page up now. i feel stupid for trying this. im nt dating him im dating another guy. i dont know how long this has left & i think i forgot the ins

You gave me an odd word to work with, but what can I do, I’ll deal with it. Skeleton = Death!

Skeletons are in the closet. Or are supposed to be. Some deny they exist, but that seems hollow. Some lean toward admission, but only to cover. Finally all know truth in the inward parts, and know no denial or cover will do.

She was walking along the path after a huge rain storm then she saw the baby skeleton she had never been so scared in her life. She called the police turns out it was a Indian baby who had died of dynastery in 1500.

and then! out the corner! ten of the buggers with knives for teeth and eyes made of cotton-wool they chased us down the corridor screaming the names of all the children we’d ignored the questions of when they asked us why colour the sky and we’d just said eat your vegetables kid, eat up your vegetables, and now they were they were chasing us into the trees now

Bones, bones, bones! That’s all you care about! The forensic anthropologist’s wife darted another barb. You’d love me more if I looked like a skeleton! He calmly turned the page in his book and smiled benevolently.
The bones were white, painted white by a shaky fifth grader’s hand while a mother looked on. A science project, once upon a time.
But now, something different.

“Honey, are we keeping this?” Mr. Marret called to his wife.
She stopped by the door and looked in, smiled.
“Yes,” she said.
“Why?”
“Skeletons,” she said, “in the closet.”
I believe that everyone has a skeleton in their closet. Or, more likely, more than one. The ease in which a human being can sweep something under the rug has increased due to the improved technology of the era. On the other hand, the same technology allows information to be found out more easily. Be careful what you attempt to hide.

they are awesome and to be honest I prefer them to zombies. I hate zombies. Zombies scare me. At least skeletons don’t have rotting flesh. But then again they’s bony. and they have no penis. at least they’re not spineless

In my seventh grade science class, my teacher had a skeleton propped up against the wall. It freaked me out and I often stared at it while daydreaming in class. I imagined it living, no skin or muscle, just bone, moving and walking and smiling its creepy smile that seemed to defy death.
She muted me with her beauty, and yet I was terrified that there was a skeleton lurking inside her.

The skeletal remains of the girl, of Lyca, was a terrible sight to see. Anyone who knew her was devasted, and those who did not were at a loss of what to say or think, because there were the remains of that little girl, of a little girl with a promising future, that was abruptly snuffed out a year ago by a bad man and his lustful desires. He took her, he raped her, and he murdered her, and now her family was left to pick up the pieces; including of her skeleton, her little bones.
Anne Harlow
skeletons are absolutely amazing. they remind me of death and death is cool. There’s no way I wouldn’t tell people about skeletons. I tend to act like one sometimes especially cause the skeleton life interests me. A lot like how the zombie life does. I love zombies and skeletons.

The skeleton is a valuable thing. Without it, the body would be nothing but jelly. It would slide down the gutters and get lost in the rain. People would literally be nothing but blobs, incapable of shaking hands or hugging. The world would have no violence and no peace. Just blobs.
Nick Light
I went to check my closet for a lost bag of mine, when instead I fell upon an old skeleton covered in spider webs. For some reason, I began to wonder how in the world it appeared there without me knowing. However, I blew the thought away and continued to search for my bag regardless of the mystery bestowed before me.

skeleton. whats left of you when you pass away. the only thing you can leave here on this earth. those bones who you were made atop of, who have expiernced every life lesson, tragedy, and happiness, those bones your just leaving as if your leaving another part of you. those bones, that make up who you are.

They are seriously creepy. Like what is up with those things. But since I am a biology major now I try to explore and look deeper into function and purpose etc. Saw old ones in a lab once, really not a fan. No wonder we come with so much more packaging!
Ananya Gupta
Creeps me out, used to. Now its related to biology, so I look into it deeper and try to explore it. But its still scary, seriously. Like if I saw one in a room, randomly, I would scream. Seen real ones, old and worn out in a lab once, really not a fan. No wonder we come with so much packaging!

It goes up and down…jumps and dances . You know how to feel it when it beaks. It’s made out of milk! and stones! and…. molecules.

Everybody has skeletons in their closets. Things you don’t want others to find out.
What are mine, you ask? You will find out, if you’re nice enough and do what you’re told. Now close your eyes and eat this…
Dead. Not alive. Buried. Rotting. Unable to think, lies there. Fragile. Unmoving. It doesn’t leave, because it can’t. Unhuman, nothing left. Breaking. Snapping. End. Tragedy? Brittle.

Little corkscrew tail attached to a white-washed skeleton, Piggy danced through the streets to the tap-tap-tap of autumn’s crackling branches. The bonfire for his mother and father was nearly out; come morning, Piggy would fall among the ashes til only his corkscrew tail was left to roll among the weeds and bushes.
We’ve all got skeletons in our closet. I’ve got an extremely nasty one. But you will never know what it is. Because, see, I love you. Loved, excuse me. I loved you. And I respected you. But I was having an off day and I felt useless and I felt like dirt and I feel like a piece of scum right now thinking about it. Well, at least I didn’t have sex with him. I respected you that much.
It’s kind of creepy to think that there is a skeleton living inside of me.
I know that it’s attached to my muscles and I’m in control. But, every now and again, I can’t help but wonder what would happen if my skeleton revolted against me and decided to try and kill me…

Lovely bones, you can almost see the muscles and tendons, the person who once inhabited you. Is it endless sleep?

I was so excited to finally see Maria after so long. When the helicopter landed, I jumped out and looked around. Maria was standing at the edge of the landing pad, talking to one of the men. She looked nothing like she did four years ago. She was as skinny as a skeleton and her hair was longer and darker.

Without the support of a skeleton, the body is just a gelatinous mass, much like ideas without evidence or supporting facts. Skeletons are more important than people believe them to be, much like the fact that people need support for their ideas before they open their mouths.

I reached back and pulled apart his skin. I wanted to see who he truly was, behind the mask. His skeleton was so beautiful, like tearing apart a flower: delicate to the touch. I knew that things would be different now. Now that I had seen his most vulnerable side. I picked up the phone and called 911.
Hello, I would like to report a murder.

She abruptly dropped to the floor, gun in hand.
Never had a slight thought about who’d cry for her.
She didn’t care. She wanted bliss. She wanted an end.
The end, for her, happened to be a skeleton. A skeleton of her life.
Which was rotting, as she sleeps.
