He began in the library, hidden behind stacks of books about metaphysics, philosophy, politics, the sciences and classic literature. He stole lines from books, from movies, from video games…whatever he could touch.

    The SR300 robot’s optical drive also functioned as an information port, much like a USB port…with one exception. There was no where to plug anything in. Anything he could see, or touch was automatically scanned and archived. They nicknamed him “the Sponge.”

    Just one question. With all the facts of the world accessible with one look, can we really call it “innate intelligence” anymore?
