  10. I like fall and winter fashion WAY more than spring and summer fashion. Spring is too floral. Too bright. I like the oranges, browns, greys, and darker colors that come with the overcast weather. The sunshine is great in spring, but the colors are too bright. The flower patterns are too prevalent.

  11. i love the spring its the time with flowers and love, it gives me hope that no matter what you endure theres always the calm after the storm. spring gives me hope for a better tomorrow and its great golfing weather i love it so much. and i cant get enough of it but i like summer better.

  12. spring is a time for the trees to bloom, for the Earth to thaw and for the temperature to warm. The once desolate, cold and colourless atmosphere turns into greens and colours we havent seen for months.

  13. The sun was bright and almost felt like it was burning his skin after so many months of rain. The flowers were daring to bud, and he wanted to crush them all. He wanted to strangle the singing birds and leave them on her doorstep. He wanted to smash the flowers and put them in her mailbox. He wanted to focus the sun on her to burn her up, but he knew none of these things would make her feel the pain of the horrible vacuum that she had left in his chest. No pain he could physically inflict on her could match up to the searing stabbing feeling within him that made it hard to breathe. And so he lay in the grass, hating the flowers, hating the now cloudless sky, hating the smells of spring and the stupid singing birds… but most of all, hating himself.

  14. Spring forward, fall back. Spring forward was a long, cold night. I winded the clocks’ hands, listening to the mechanical clink of the gears right before I went to bed. I carefully placed it back on the shelf. “I’ll have to get up early tomorrow,” I whispered. That, however, was far from the truth.

  17. As much as I’d like to say that I love spring, with all it’s pretty flowers and bright new things–right now, spring is synonymous with Spring Semester. Also know as the semester that I’m graduating from college. Also known as, the time when the life as I know it will end, and I will have to go way out of my comfort zone to take the next step. I just hope that it will be a good one.
