I love summer days. Days when it’s unbearably hot outside, yet bright and sunny. The sprinklers make soft hissing noises as they give water to the thirsty lawns.
Sam
They are tons of fun, summer time entails playing in them and just having a great time, also they keep the lawn fresh and green for the benefit of your own pride and the admiration or friends and family
Braedon
gift back to the earth; its life giving force, summer fun and a way to keep cool.

Godammnit, i thought there might be some other words besides “sprinkler” here, this place can suck my vagina. =C
Karmen
They like sprinkle watter on your grass an plants and shit, they are like automatic an everything, no need for manual watering, no sir’e sprinklers- the wave of the future.
Karmen
The little girl ran towards the sprinklers. She loved getting wet on a hot day. The cool water fell on her hot skin. It was so refreshing. And then it wasn’t. You see, it was a serial killers house and he was pumping acid through the hose.
Comrade Matt
I dont understand that word but it sounds like a watery canon to give some plants water. Its a nice word I think and it reminds me of spring and flowers. Sprinklers seems to be funny and I

running through the sprinklers with my brother, we had so much fun playing and jumping over the sprinkler head. we were so little and we loved eachother so much, its crazy to think that he is in prison and i havnt seen him in years. it makes me so sad,
Kati
It’s early morning and they’re still on. We’re running through them at night in our bathing suits. It’s a heat wave and they still aren’t on. Do they ever work when they are needed the most, when the grass is dying? No, they only work for our benefit.
Callie
Sprinklers jet coolness over the hot summer lawn arcs of rainbows color the swimsuit-wearing, squealing youngsters as the icy coolness wets them.
newswoman
all the vegetation is yellow, the garden looks like a scene of desolation. All because you put that than pesticide in the sprinklers!
saluli
In the summer ice pops sticks and sprinklers lay in the dry and spiky lawn. Mama sits on the swing with diet coke in a plastic cups. When she closes her eyes we sneak up and steal sips, the ice clanking against our tiny teeth.
Emily
All I can wish is that sprinklers will go off during my genetics exam and my exam will be so soggy that, so my professor won’t see how clueless I am.
Ash
Well, they are used in football pitches. I love them sprikling water around. It’s even better if we are under the water. They are used in gardens.
NB
the racecourse in worcester where i live has sprinkler.

i remember running through sprinklers when i was little we used to set it up next to the slip n slide and it always sucked when you’d skid off of the mat and onto the pavement i like sprinkles on my cupcakes and ice cream but i prefer fudge if anything

I was walking through the school grounds with my new crush, when suddenly, I felt some sprinkles of water fall upon my shoulders. I turned around, and saw that the sprinklers had turned on. My crush immediately grabbed my hand and we danced in the “rain”.
mia
are wet and fun and create a doorway to another world. sometimes the pressure is too hard and it hurts but when the weather is warm nothing feels better than the coolness and tasting the copper ting in your mouth. the sun reflects off the water and the sprinkler fans away.
Morgan
sprinklers are amazing shedding water everywhere

water raining down as children run thru the tiny sparkling droplets, which glisten with the sunlight trapped inside-tiny falling afternoon stars?? the mist-created rainbow, a magic sigt indeed. Green grass puddles of swampy delight. i love them…
Diane
Pouring water over a defined area, on dogs, humans, trespassers and basically anything solid around it. Foremost application is watering grass, plants, and other garden plants.
Maestro
I love sprinklers, which at first I thought said sprinkles which are even more awesome because they’re a delicious treat that you put on ice cream. but sprinklers like the fireworks on the fourth of july are great fun. yay! but sprinklers in the summer are more fun cuz you cool down.
Anonymous
i like to dancer around in the sprinklers in my garden naked, i remember it from when i was little, i’d go outside on a boiling hot day after school with my sister and we’d play until it got dark. but then i remember winter when we couldn’t, it was too cold; mummy said we’d get ill, i guess she was right, but way to kill the only fun we had.
catherine
Running through the sprinklers on a hot day was so much fun as a kid. Little bits of water pelting you as you ran as fast as you could because it was so cold yet so refreshing! Would I look silly doing that on the front lawn today, 50 years later?
Paulie
Sprinklers are awesome. It’s a great dance. Fun to do when you don’t know what to do. Like, seriously, if you’re ever confused about what dance to do, just do the sprinkler. It’s like framing the face, but it only works for white guys. Also when you’re a kid they’re fun to play in.
Patrick Edwards
I watched the sprinklers in the daylight as the kids ran around screaming and yelling their heads off. I lo9v summer and I wish we could spend moe days like this , taking time off to just enjoy the family. Lots of times during the summer my huspand and I are too busy at work to spend time with the kids, and I feel iek I have aabandoned them.
I enjoy having theis time to myself and my kids and I spend a lot of the time just watching them enjoy their activities, basking in the glows of the sun and enjoying the summer activities.
Amanda
The sprinklers went over the lawn with a regular gentle sound. The grass looked fresh and green with that touch of water. The garden was ready for one long day of heat and dust. It had been sprinkled, after all. So that was nice.

Sprinklers in the grass time. Sprinklers in the park down the street from my house. Sprinklers automatically evoke images from your childhood. It’s a good word. It’s a happy word. Sprinkling in the sprinklers that time i visited JT and we went to the park with his friends in Brooklyn.

i thought it said sparklers, which i am religious about on the fourth of july, not that i am particularly patriotic. the neighbor doesn’t care that we’re in a drought. he likes a green lawn and he sprinkles half our driveway. i don’t know if he’s blind or just likes making sure the edges of his lawn are supergreen.
nicole
outside rain on my window tink tink tink settling all in the driveway, inches away from slipping under the door to wet my feet

running around on the lawn when i was young, with my little brother and my mom sitting on the side of the driveway reading a book, sunglasses on her face. it was easy then, and we were young and we didn’t give a fuck. we don’t even have a lawn anymore. but our house is worth about 3 or 4 times more than our old house. we don’t even have a real backyard, just a pool and a bbq. our old house had a huge backyard. the dog ran around, we grew tomatoes and oranges and limes. there were snakes and mongooses, rabbits all around. in the summer one year, i almost burnt down the place with a friend of ours.

and the sprinklers fought the fire back. heavy time. drill time. until it’s gone. but the fire roars even after the sprinklers drop significant amount of water. the fire just won’t stop. the fire wants to reign supremacy and nothing can hold it back. and the fire licks the air as if playing, toying with it and to tease the water “Nothing can stop me, bitch! Now eat this!”
