  12. like when you walk into a room and everyone stops what they are doing to turn and stare at you. “Do I have something on my face?”

It’s most likely a coincidence, that they aren’t really staring, but it is very difficult to convince yourself that you’re not the but end of a joke.

  13. A look of surprise crossed her face as she sighted the face in the window. I don’t know what to think, it’s not really scary. I just wasn’t expecting to see anyone. It was the mailman dropping off the mail. Maybe I got my journal that I’ve signed up for she thought hopefully. It will be fun to take my turn writing in the journal. I am also looking forward to getting back the journal that I started. I hope it doesn’t get lost somewhere. Now that the mailman is gone, I guess I can geet my mail instead of just standing here staring out the window thinking stupid thoughts. She reached into the mail box and was startled by a spider. She jerked back her hand, then reached in again and pulled out a padded envelope. Sure enough the journal had arrived. She eagerly rushed into the house to begin writing her thoughts. This was going to be fun. I have written a lot and that is with a bunch of pauses because I don’t really know what to say. I wonder if the timer is working. The last time I did this, I didn’t get to write as much and wasn’t having as much trouble thinking about what to say. I can’t think of any startling things. Someone jumping out and shouting boo! The cat reaching out and tapping you on the shoulder when you didn’t know she was on the shelf next to you and you thought you were alone. I am going to quit typing. I think I’ve taken more time than I should have.
