  3. A leaf stem. So green. Green is one of my favorite colors though I used to hate it because I thought it was ugly and far too many people like it. It reminds me a lot of my Freshman year and the friends I once had since it was one of their favorite colors. It also reminds me of that really cute green jacket I once had but I have no idea where it is now which is a pity.

  13. and so i sat and i watched….i don’t know what i was waiting for, but it seemed that at the time it was the most important thing in the world to me….i watched as the stems of the flowers slowly grew. yes, i literally watched grass grow. and to my amusement this period of time went by faster than any other part of my life.

  32. as we reach the height of a new generation we find more problems ahead of us. although these problems are not the idea of a real problem, they are considered social issues, one of the being stem cell reasearch, not exactly an issue but one that has gone through a lot of debate.

Like one day when I told my friend I was hanging out with a guy, who used to go to her old school, and if I’d never said that, we wouldn’t have not talked to eachother for three terms. So a lot of the stuff I say I do, I wonder how its going to affect me, or how it could change my whole future.

  36. I was talking through the park when I discovered a large stem sticking out of the grass. As my eyes followed it upward, I realized how high it went. It extended to the tops of the trees surrounding it and did not stop until farther that my eyes could see. When I reached what seemed to be the end, the sun shone too brightly for me to make out a clear image.
