  1. The storage bin was full. I had packed everything inside of it, my life, memories, everything I was. It was strange looking at it all, the teddy bear a lover had given me, a deck of cards form high school, random little things that nobody really thinks about but were really a big part of personalities.

  5. You know, the thing about storage is, you always forget your stuff is there. And what’s the point of storing anyway? You only store what you dont’ have room for… if you don’t have room, then why are you keeping it around? it’s usually useless junk that you have no use for. Seriously. I guess people need to hold onto things from the past to remind them that the future is going to be better.

  11. A place to keep things. Storage can become overloaded. It has to be cleaned out. You usually have to rent it. I can be digital storage, like for a camera.

  13. Every time I go through Kulpmont I have to wait in a line of traffic for several cars to turn into the storage facility on the highway. One time, someone turned out of the facility and a couch fell out of the back of their pick-up truck.

  17. I opened my closet and peered in. It hadn’t been cleaned in years. I can see all of my old books, school projects, teddy bears, everything I’ve stuffed in there over the years. Oh, the memories it brings back. I can hardly remember half of the things in there, let alone why they’re in my closet in the first place.

  18. You find many things in storage. Like old photo albums, and articles of clothing. I dread cleaning out the storage because it means I will soon be eradicating all traces of my childhood, but it is necessary.

  19. My new house will have so much storage! 4 bedrooms with 4 closets- hallelujah. 2 mega closets downstairs, a pantry and a linen closet. 2 car garage…praise you Jesus! I am so excited to be moving to my first house with my husband and making the leap from renters to owners.

  22. we put all of our stuff that we dont need anymore in to “self” storage. and i find that really funny. i mean, i used to. because it was the storage of your self. i never understood that it meant your stuff when i was younger. so i thought that people literally stored themselves… yes i was a strange one when i was younger. but i mean come on, its not that far out there.

  28. it is a place for things to go, the only place where things that do not have a place go to have a aplace to be. Storage is wonderful for storing things, like clothes, furniture.
    Storage can also be a bad place for things that are not wanted. Old T.V.”s for instance go to storage when they are not wanted anymore.

  29. She woke up from a fitful slumber. Unrest always filled her nights. She was afraid that the cops would come…it’s illegal to live in a storage container, but it was the cheapest place of shelter. Sure, there was no heat or air, but in North Carolina it was pretty temperate. She didn’t have to worry about paying other bills either.

I accidentally tripped over an extra lamp which caused me to curse up a storm! but I soon got over it when I saw my childhood teddy bear, right there ready to comfort me like it did when I was a child.

  32. We used to have storage cube thing when I was younger. I think we cleared it out after my grandparents died though. The one time i went to it my parents opened the garage door and there was so much *stuff8 I wanted to live in there and spend the rest of my life trying to find everything. Such is the life of a four-year-old I suppose.

  33. Storage is a fundamental object in the world, dedicated to getting stuff that we really don’t want to see or otherwise have in the way, out of the way. It’s all happy when yah think about it. But storage is limited, as well as the fact that many people have very little mental storage. Tsk Tsk.

  35. i think the problem with the mind is that it’s not organised. it’s a mass storage space of ideas but it’s messy and that can be a bad thing. it can also be a good thing. it can be like art.a masterpiece of you.

  38. Okay, well. I hear that storage is an effective way to, well, store things. Many people store things. Furniture, clothes, shoes, boxes, loads of crap from college, you name it. A lot of times people think of storage as junk, or just stuff people need to get off of their chest. But, I think storage can be an interesting thing when you actually go through all of it.
