String is the most useful thing on the planet. It can be used for many things, like tying up stuff. It ties up like magic, almost as if it were made f string. String has many related things, such as thread, lace and rope. But none compare to string.

I saw lots of string today, on the beach. Strings tied to kites. And those strings were solely responsible for preventing the kites from escaping into the blue abyss of sea and sky. The strings were like leashes, withholding the kites from their dance with the wind. Perhaps it’s necessary to cut the sting of stability in order to dance with spontaneity sometimes.

string words together like beads on a thread its quite an interesting thing string because you can string strings onto stringy things

I just read about string theory. It was the complex theory that we posess up to ten dimensions, aklthough many people believe there are more or less depending on the theory they believe in most. I conceptually agree that the theory overall is sound, but it seems so beyond our current capacity to truly use to potential.

Guitar strings are the gateway to so many emotions that it cannot even begin to be expressed here. Hurt, love, pain, fear, sadness, joy, and everything in between.

a string is so lovely and long. so thin. the perfect body shape. one which i will never achieve. I’m ugly yarn. short and stumpy. I wish I could be long and lean like a string. But I am yarn. Yarn that yearns to be string. String so smooth and beautiful, string that comes in a multitude of colors.

Sting a ding, I can only thing of a tampon string, is that distirbing or what. Yuck! Bloody and gross and clogging up the toilet on a regular basis…can’t women do something else with them. YUCK!

A string.
A ring.
A thing.
What do I like about them?
Why there is many a thing I do!
Strings remind me of yarn,
and yarn reminds me of my grandmother-
even though she doesn’t really knit.
She had bought me some sweaters before that were knitted :). When people asked me, where did you get that sweater? I said my Grandmother!
Irene Tang
String. I used to collect it. I use it to hotd my tomato plants up, fly a kite. tie around y finger so I don’t forget things. I like all colors of string. Blue is my favorite. I can crochet with it too. String is not expensive. I buy big rolls when I need to replenish my supply of it. RIght now I’m using it to hold my glasses around my neck…Bye!

i’m dangling pieces of my heart on a string like cheese, in bits and puzzles and games. will you take the bait? and say something? anything? clue me into what your heart’s saying, cuz it’s zipping, zapping, fireworks, in here. i’m trying to learn the rules.

The sting tied around her neck reminded me of the one around the rotisserie chickens at the grocery store. She, very much so like the foul we eat, was more dead then ever alive. I miss her.

I had this string around my wrist for a very long time. It was once holding together dry cleaned towels at the golf course I worked at. Everyone asked what the significance of the string was but it really had none. I just became very attached to it after awhile and in a pool it eventually fell off. Now the string on my jeans is fraying and it looks very trashy though they are the best pair I have.

You don’t know I love you. You wouldn’t accept it anyway. But you dangle me here – you tease me without even knowing it.
We’re friends, but I want to be more. I don’t just want to be with you – I want to be there for you.
So why are you dangling me here? You’re leaving me hanging – but for God’s sake, I won’t let go of this string.

string a list of words together in a song. string a ling ding dong all the live long day. If I were a string I wouldn’t be a carpenter – that wouldn’t be fair – strings aren’t needed for carpentry. I wonder if a dog looks at a string and thinks it would be fun to play with – cats do…cats think strings are the end-all. Strings to cats are like whisky to people – or wait, is that catnip? Either way, I’m strung up trying to write about strings.

an incredibly handy item to have around the place. Something that you usually can not find when you need it.
Something that connects other things together. Strings [super] are what holds the universe together. little strings hold all other sorts of little things together for us.
String can come in many colors and sizes

I remember one day in middle school when we had to use yo yo’s in gym. I didn’t get it at the time, I just did what I was supposed to do. We walked the dog and went around the world, but what we never did was learned something we would actually use in real life. A lot of things are like that, you learn things information that is never carried out. You go through everything hanging on a sting
Samantha Winsett
the string on the table sat still. the cat in the corner is taunted by the sight of it but cannot move. the cat wants to touch the string more than anything in the world, but cannot. the reason he cannot lies within the restrictions of his master.
Jack Meriwether
String is like a long piece of rope, but more fragile and dainty. It is just as strong, amusing to cats and can easily be confused with yarn. String can hold things together, tear things apart but all in all it is one of the best things in the world to own.

there once was a string. he was scared because he heard about string theory. this was because his friend the thread told him that it had something to do with how people like to eat strings. this scared the poor string soooo much he decided to kill all quantum physicists. so he choked them all, because he was, after all, a string.

No strings attached, she said. I said. But the truth is, I miss her now. Maybe strings weren’t the worst way to go. Being tied to her… well, it doesn’t seem so bad right now.

was blue. Blue because it couldn’t be any other color unless it was finite. And finite strings cannot be anything but the sky. The sky’s blueness is relative. Relative to the end. And there is no end. Only a beginning. Unlike the string, a ball that could never be unwrapped.
Nathanael
There are many types of string. String cheese, string from yarn, etc. There is also the string theory, a theory about the universe. S T R I N G. what if there was a football club called String FC? that would be rather funny. why am i writing about string? gnirts. hahahahah. gnirts. funny stuff. string cheese isn’t too tasty. it’s waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to processed and artificial-tasting. nah mean? geeeyuh. striiiiiiing.

A string is what connects us all. The string of truth. The string of life. Tie the string into a knot and life hits a speed bump. Stretch the string as long as it can be stretched and live life to the fullest. Knots are Nots.
Dan Nelken
I keep feeling a “string” of all things bad coming my way. I can’t even get going on a path of constructive necessity before a “string” of bad events start taking place. I feel like I really try but somehow and someway this “string” of bad events is more powerful, more effective, more ambitious and a lot more prevalent, I am confused, often wondering if I am somehow just used to bad luck and trouble coming at the worst times possible and therefore perhaps attracting the big “trip up” that seems inevitable, or is it just some kind of karma I have brought on by some previous and truly awful things I have never denied? Is it that this “string” is my destiny or is it possible I could be bringing the circumstances that seem to be unavoidable? I am getting to old, too jaded, too cynical, too tired and too sad to bother to figure the whole bunch of shit out. To be perfectly honses with whomever you may be…
….I am thinking of just giving up completely. I am exhausted, just spent. Thank you for this strange and bizarre outlet, that I just somehow happened to “stumbleupon”.
Carly Eddy
i have a string. i like this string. it means the world to me. it was given by a girl i once knew who meant and still means the world to me. every night i go to sleep thinking of her, holding this string, and wrapping it around my hands. sometimes i gently kiss it, its remembering good times. i love her.
:) just a guy with a heart.
d a bit of string once. It was brown and frayed and I used it ti tie up my boat. The wind came up and it broke and my boat floated away and collided with a ferry sinking it. Thirteen people drowned and I got sued for a million bucks and sent to jail for eight years. I hate that piece of string. I mentioned it to my wife’s mother and she said a similar thing had happened to her but it was a horse in her case and it ran onto a busy freeway and caused a semi-trailer to lose control resulting in the semi going off the viaduct and falling into a carpark while a fleamarket was on. Death and destruction all round, and she just ran for it, so she didn’t have to do the jail time. I wish I hadn’t painted my name and address on that boat. Oh well, back to whittling. Wait a minute, this whittling knife my ma-in-law smuggled in could be handy….
