I get swept away when I open a book. No matter what genre, what time of day, if I’m in the mood to sit down and read or not, I’m a goner. Withing a few lines of text, the scene I was in in my real life gets replace with the scene the author shows me with words. I’m gone.

I was definitely swept away by my teacher, Ezra. He is the best person in the world to me. He is handsome, funny, cool, and and all around babe. He is my sweetheart, my Spinner to my Manny. My Justin Bieber. Ezra Fitz is the man for me. Kisses! Love you, Ezra.

I swept the floor because it was dirty. It really needed some sweeping because it looked like a tornado hit!
She stared out the window, longing to be outside instead of in this dreary classroom. Then again, she also wished one day to be swept off her feet, but she wasn’t sure if that was going to happen or not either.
She tried to see what had a hold of her but she couldn’t see anything but the darkness of the shadows overhead as she was swept away. She screamed as she fell down into the darkness. Everything went black and she no longer cared about where she was or what was happening.
The girl just swept the kitchen floor and now it’s very pretty. Since she just swept the floor, he came in and swept the girl off her feet.

She went to the neighbors to borrow the broom. When she got it, she swept and swept. She sang and danced while she swept the whole time. Until her little brother walked in. He laughed at the site of it.

Can you sweep away life’s problems, is there any real home for them? Is there a proper way to deal with them so that you can break them down and recycle what makes them whole into something a new. I think that sweeping the floor is always a good thing because its gets super dusty if you don’t tend to it.. but maybe the rug is not the best place for the little dust mites.
The knight in shining armor swept me off my feet and carried me away into the golden sunset on his white stallion, kissing me and holding me tight. A beautiful happy ending in my opinion.
I remember how I felt when he first kissed me. My legs buckled, my heart pounded…I leaned into him, more for support then desire…at least initially. This was no school girl swoon…this was primal, base passion. I couldn’t think of anything of his lips on mine and the feeling of his hand on my back, running thruogh my hair…I was literally swept away.
She was swept across the waves, having them tumble across her, she felt her head going into the waves, washing over her. she was feeling nothingness, as it slowly but surely killed her, as she sank deep down into the pit of death.

i decided today, that i was going to do something glorious, something i’ve never done before. the scene played back in my head, i walked over to her, swept her off her feet by picking her up, and told her the exact words that i was thinking. it was beautiful.

I hate sweeping. But, I can’t sweep my kitchen, we have carpet. It’s really aggitating to have to vacuum in your kitchen. You spill stuff, and it won’t come out.
I was swept away by you.
All I knew was engulfed
By your waiting tide
All I saw disappeared
into night, all grey
Fall away like sweeping clouds
tumble down and sleep
Play along and turn away
But hold me close to you

Swept up into devious schemes, into the moment, definition of the infinite and ecstatically infused drama or feeling of the moment – usually one lives to regret….

There she stood, all by herself amidst all those strangers. I wanted to make a move, but couldn’t gather the courage to approach her. Then, she looked up and moved towards me, her long dress swept the floor behind her.
the wind spept her along the dusty street and she cursed the day she settled on that choice of outfit. There was nothing left to the imagination as her pink knickers shocked for all to see.
Cheryl
He swept me away. I wasn’t ready and i didnt realise I had been swept. Until i looked back and wished I had remembered the sweeping. it happened so fast I now wonder whether it happened at all and whether all that I remembered was as it was. Or was it all in my mind?

The wind swept me away like petals in a dreary drift, blown by a lover with some hopeless wish. Someday I should think about tuning my soul to the tones I head in the witching hour. But I can’t. I won’t. I refuse to shine. It’s this humility, humility, of mine, of mine.

swept can be anything from a girl being swept across the floor with tears covering her fact with her hand extracting all emotion from her face to an old woman sweeping her front porch. it embodies all ages all times all genders.

The wind came and swept my wig off my bald head. I ran after it as fast as I could but it was too late. I was bald and my wig was gone. Forever. Thanks wind. Thanks a lot.

Mother nature is a giant. And a mother.
When the world sleeps, she cleans the house. Rips up a tree and shakes off the snow, then dances around her world until all the dust is swept away to the desert. Before the sun rises she puts the tree back and shrinks back to the size of an acorn.
Her gown swept across the floor gently as she walked through the ball room. She never noticed how stunning she actually looked even though every eye in the room was centered on her. She swept across the floor to the door.
i have to sweep up at work all the time and to be honest i quite enjoy it as it is a nice break from all the other work i have to do! it’s very calming although it does hurt my back… oh well! after the weeping i have to mop it all up too which is always LOADS of fun.. or not… I also know good sweeping technique in martial arts :D always fun to sweep boxers because they never expect it.

i was swept off my feet when i heard the news. i didnt know what i was going to do. i felt like my body was going to break down, crumble to pieces, and shatter all on the floor. the same floor we first made love on. how could this be? was this really happening? at that moment, i took a second to stop and breathe. look at the life we had made. and all of a sudden i was okay. because i knew he was happy.

The matron was coming down in mere minutes, and the floor was still covered with the dust and silt and flour of an average day’s cooking in the kitchen.
“No time but to sweep,” the cook announced.
And with that, she grabbed the splintering old broom, and opened the door into the bright courtyard. Mice and birds scattered about as the filth flew out of the doorway.
At first I didn’t realize what was happening – my body only comprehended that there was something amiss. And suddenly, without thought, I was under the water, churning with the tide. Sand and salt filled my mouth, and the realization that I was unable to breathe filled me with a terror I had never known before. Just like that, I was facing death.

I swept the front porch as a child many times. Lots of dog hair. Lots of muddy paw prints. Sticky, drippy popsicles.
