Some people are sticky too, like nasty techers; you can’t
get rid of them until you graduate. Blah. You know the kind of stick teafhers I mean

  2. I taped up the two awesome pictures I colored in. I love college. I love how, one night, everyone’s partying hard, and then the next, we’re all ripping out pages of a coloring book (Tinkerbell) and coloring as a dorm. It’s nice to see some things stay golden, like Pony Boy. It’s just awesome…

  6. She wound the duct tape around and around the woman’s middle, sticking her painstakenling to the wooden chair she sat on. She continued until her entire body was taped to the chair. The woman, whose mouth was also covered in the grey tape, struggled hopelessly. But she just shrugged.

“Sorry, Mom,” the girl said, and then she left.

  8. Tape? Oooh tape, did you know that there’s tie-dye colored duct tape now?! I thought that was pretty awesome, it comes in so many more colors than silver. It makes me a little sad because now everyone is a smartass whenever I pull out the quote “silence is golden, but duct tape is silver” “..and purple, and black, and blue, and green”

  9. the other day I was eating a big box of tape and my grandmother told me that my grandpa needed that tape to breath properly. So I vomited it back up but as soon as it came out my god ate it. Right then my grandma chocked my god to death only to find my grandpa inside of it.

  10. it was all recorded on tape. not real tape, but more of a metaphorical sort of tape, the one that only truth could read, and unfortunately would have for eternity. every thought, every action, recorded in reality. too bad, it would have been great if i would have spent my life actually liking myself.

  12. The tape sat rolling on the spindle, the message was long over but its final words echoed through the room into my nightmares. I wasn’t sure when, but they were coming.

    Nick Farrant
  13. All he knew was that it existed in far too many ways. For the first time, the human became a hunter – an instinct so natural and poisonous, that the only thing that could save him from drowning in the world was the secret of it, the short and broken words of the tape.

  14. Singers bring vibrations to your area by vinyl, disc, voice or tape. Either way it gets to your area. I enjoy tape.

  15. Stretching it tightly along her skin, her nipple tensed and her cleavage surfaced. As she rubbed the scotch tape deeply into her flesh her breasts seemed to heave all the more towards her round nose. The backless slip dress flowed awkwardly over her lumpy skin, but she didn’t seem to mind — I noted this as I watched her purse her lips up to the mirror and whisper, “Hey sweet honey, you like what you see?” I didn’t, but what difference would it make for her. A peeping tom that disliked the woman he stalked… god, I’m fucked up.

  17. Well, Philip, you done it again. While your band had recorded its finest work ever, you had to go and erase the master tape recording. But that’s cool, because we know that you, Philip, were not happy with the band’s results.

  24. Tapes have gone the way of a long line of forgotten technology. It is sad. The art of the mixtape has been lost. Sure, we can make mixed Cd’s but the effort that it took to make the tapes was the special part.

  26. I like tape. Tape held together the fort we made that day, under blankets stretched across her room and we lay there and talked about nothing before the tape gave out and the fort fell down. It was green tape, and quite nice, as was she, and all I wanted was to kiss her, except I’m a wimp and waited til the last second. Tape, I guess, means a lot because of her, although it’s insignificant, really.

  27. Tape is a very useful office item. Especially for sticking sticky notes that tend to not nave enough sticky on them to post on my office wall. I love to place reminder notes… to big for a regular sticky on a large paper and TAPE it to the wall. How random??? The many uses of tape. I think that’s all I can think of for now. Time is still going.. what else can I write about tape. I don’t know

  28. She spoke into the tapes, recording her last words. She wanted everyone to know whose fault it was, who did this to her. And when she whispered his name into the tape, she felt okay. Then she set it down and decided…it wasn’t worth it but he would get the tape anyways.

  30. a soft marker of what is bound by the eternal feeling of limitation embodied in a strip of slick plastic and sticky, insidious adhesive. i take the time to mark the day.

  31. tape? just about the most useful invention in the history of man.

forget electricity. forget the car. forget the wheel. forget sex.

tape is incredible. it can hold things together. which is more than you can say for a car. just try putting a cat and dog together without tape. not gonna happen.

  35. Tape is the thing they told us to buy
when they raised the alert level to orange.
Did they really think that would make us safe?
Or did they just want to stoke up our fears?
