  3. Ah good ole tape. Used when you break something and you need to put it together. Or arts and crafts when you were designated to use that cause you ate the glue too much. Or makeshift band aid…those never worked the way i wanted them too. Oh tape…the good times we had. Except mascin tape…i hate you mascin tape.

I cant bear to look at it .at you. i hate you for what you’ve done to me. but i cant hate you at all. this is so unfair. i cried again but it didnt help. i cant heal. then you go and rub fresh salt into the wounds. open it all up again. sore and bleeding. my lonely heart. i punched the chair but it didnt help. i screamed. for mercy but you never showed any, anyway. you tore me to pieces. why did you do this. stop hugging me. dont say goodbye. but dont say see you later. i know you’re lying. you hate me. was i that bad. i didnt mean it. cant we try again?.

  9. tape is quite lovely. you can do many things with it, such as make funny faces by taping your nose back, or taping your eyes down. most people usually use tape in school, too. very useful if you have a ripped piece of paper, or anything else of the sort. it can also remove lint and other things from clothing items like sweaters and t-shirts. man, oh man, where would we be without tape? i’d pay so much for tape.

there is the yellow crime scene tape
there is the tape u listen to
what comes to mind first? I think it was duct tape

  14. I think I will tape everything shut today. Using all of the tapes on hand, clear tape, white medical tape, black electrical tape and masking tape. Then I will measure the length and width of the tape used with my measuring tape. And that should do it for today. Oh wait, then I will record my actions on video tape.

  15. so, i had a tape recorder when i was young and i used to make mixed sets with music. even when the magnetic tape broke, i’d fix it with clear tape and voila…good as new. that sort of interest led me to get into DJing and building a large collection of vinyl and now mp3s.

  16. tape is sticky, i really don’t like tape too much.. its never there when you need it and doesn’t do a very good job when it is there.. it doesn’t serve a purpose and it isn’t my friend.

  17. get stuck, a pigeon gets stuck to the sticky tape in the film “Forget Paris” and the female main character is driving it to the vet and it flies up and gets stuck to her head. I love the scene where she walks into the vet’s office with that flapping bird on her head.

  18. My knees ache from kneeling too long, wrapping the gifts for my friends, family, and so on. I grab the scissors–and cut. I wrap. I look for the tape–and it’s gone. This is probably the 10th time tonight. Maybe I should get a tracker.

  19. i’m not allowed to tape anything to my walls here at college. i can only tack things up. stuff falls down all of the time but i dont want to use tape because i might forget to take it off. sometimes when i use tape it doesn’t look nice and i would rather use tack anyway. tape peels the paint off the walls but so does tack. i wonder if they know that…

  23. tape = VCR tape = my friend came over to my house to watch an educational videotape because her mom gave away their VCR the weekend before the teacher gave her the tape. it was about the flu of 1918 which NOBODY EVER REMEMBERS. go look it up. it’s real!
also, we are all agreed that tape fixes everything, right? one day i might even try to fix somebody’s broken heart, and somehow manage to work tape into the equation. just watch, it will happen.

  25. i have a tape that i’ve listened to over one hundred times. it’s getting old, and the sound is fuzzy. but i still can’t figure out what it means. it isn’t that it has no words. its that it has no music. a dull whrrrrr, and a high pitched squeal. beneath them i can feel the words.

    alice
  26. He made me mix tapes. I taped the notes to the wall, and then I listened to the mix tapes, read the notes about the mix tapes that were taped to the wall, all while his music was taping his soul to my own. Don’t forget me, he wrote. I won’t. I can’t.

  39. Verb. Noun. I’d like to tape my mouth shut sometimes — with tape. I wonder why this word does nothing but go around in circles… kind of like a tape dispenser. And the subject simply sticks — just like tape. I wish I had something profound to say, but don’t.

    linda marie
