i love tea. The best kinds of tea are peach tea and raspberry tea. I recently stopped drinking sweet tea and only drink tea that is unsweetened in order to lose weight. Tea is great when it’s cold on a hot day. It is also good with lemon and honey on a cold day. It’s better than coffee and is always a good substitute for cokes, which are not good for your body. I was first introduced to sweet peach tea back in 2002 and I was hooked immediately. I love sweet peach tea, but have tried to learn how to like unsweet as well. It is not easy, but it’s getting easier each time I drink it.
