  1. *slurp* That’s the sound of the tea being sent through my lips in the most delicate way to make sure the roof of my mouth doesn’t scald… Like last time. I even remembered to stick out my pinky the snobbish way everyone says you should. The audience doesn’t pay much notice, then again, when you’re up on stage details tend to get lost. I set the cup down and deliver my next line.

  15. Tea is a drink in a cup, a brown melody, green, white, red. Is there a blue tea? Why isn’t there a blue tea? Did all the fish drink it? I bet it would taste like clouds and sky and water and tears, bright, sweet tears, with a little hint of salt, just like the best caramel. I love tea. I love blue tea. Let’s make blue tea someday.

  17. the boston tea party reminds me of the hey arnold episode that talks about helga and arnold taking revenge on the other “mean” kids of the playground. Arnold’s grand father tells him about the boston tea party, and he envisions them acting the same way. Making one of the best and funniest episodes of Hey Arnold.

  19. tea: the liquid that I gulp more than I breathe air. Ok, that’s not exactly true, I drink coffee way more than tea. But a cup of strong, dark, Irish breakfast tea with a bit of cream and sugar- a cup of bliss. My winter nights are full of the smell of brewing tea, the warm mug clasped between my hands.

    Unassuming, like inanimate little watchers,

  34. chelsea likes tea, its kinda funny. I didn’t really like tea until chelsea introduced me to arizona iced tea with lemon, but then chelsea got a UTI and blamed it on the Iced Tea because of the sweetener. So is tea really a good thing? I really have no idea.

  35. i love tea. The best kinds of tea are peach tea and raspberry tea. I recently stopped drinking sweet tea and only drink tea that is unsweetened in order to lose weight. Tea is great when it’s cold on a hot day. It is also good with lemon and honey on a cold day. It’s better than coffee and is always a good substitute for cokes, which are not good for your body. I was first introduced to sweet peach tea back in 2002 and I was hooked immediately. I love sweet peach tea, but have tried to learn how to like unsweet as well. It is not easy, but it’s getting easier each time I drink it.

  36. I love tea so incredibly much. I drink at least one mug everyday, sometimes two or three. My absolute favorite is Mint Medley, but Constant Comment is yummy too. I think all these “tea parties” dumping tea in the ocean are stupid. Why waste perfectly good tea to make a political statement?

    Steph

  39. upon wondering about this most curious word, i find that a simple thing such as tea could be quite a delightful drink for people of class, and wittyness. Yet i find that such a simple thing does not pleasure the soul as such a proper drink should, but to what avail should tea be used.
