  17. I love cookies. I’ve always loved baking; and even though it’s ironic that I’m an anorexic, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen working on my Culinary skills. The texture of the cookie is very important. This includes the type of chocolate you use, the time it spends in the oven, and of course the actual temperature of the oven itself. The best part of it all is feeding others with the finished product.
