  3. There is no time, only timing. People misunderstand the concept of time. Most think that it begins on say, our left, and travels to the right as time moves on. But time doesn’t move and if it did it would go straight up, like tickets placed on a spindle. What we really have is…now. Just that. The here and now, a series of them, all connected, of course. Once I realized this I began to try to focus on the now. Not worry about a minute ago or a year ago. It’s gone, forget it. And don’t think about the future. It’s not here yet, no reason to worry about it either. Just stay in the now. That is where you can relax and feel joy. Peace to you and yours.

  4. Timing is everything and nothing all at once. Go fuck yourself, clock.

  5. Timing is everything. Haha.. what a cliche. Although it’s not everything, timing is very important. It’s the difference between win and loss. In sports, and in the rest of life. Timing in relationships is not as crucial as one might think. If someone really does care about you, they will give you the time you need.

  6. Timing is everything, right?
Well, let’s see…if you do something at the wrong time, say, jump off a trapeze, you could die. However, if you were to run through a field a few seconds later than you first planned, it wouldn’t change much, would it?

Unless we all have a set amount of time, that is, to live and all…uh oh, is timing Everything after all?

  17. Timing is everything. I couldn’t be with the love of my life from day one because of timing. I ended up dating some jackass because of timing. I have to live with a really sucky person because of timing. I don’t always get all my homework done because of timing. It all comes down to timing. Everything from who you spend the rest of your life with to if you step in gum on your way to work.

  18. Timing is a very integral part of being a good drummer. If your timing is off by the slightest bit, even in a single limb, a halfway decent musician will be able to tell. As such, it is very important to break down complex beats and realize how the hands and feet line up with each other to ensure good timing. This results in a solid pocket!

  19. perfect timing is a hard thing to complete. Im never on time to anything. sometimes im early sometimes im late but never exactly on time. also the same with baking. things are never baked at exactly the time you want them to be baked. undercooked or over cooked. story of my life

  21. Timing must be perfected. There is good timing, and there is bad timing, and there are those timings which are really very well timed. The 30 second timing of a word prompt which forces on to type is good, the timing lost by going back to correct a stupid sticking keyboard is not.

  26. Timing is everything, as far as jokes are concerned. If you take too long to tell a joke, then no one wants to hear the punch line (and you probably shouldn’t be a comedian).

  28. I can never get the timing right. People reach out and I don’t choose to reach back…. and then later I regret it, but there’s nothing I can do because they already made those steps.. and I didn’t choose to step with them. But I guess I can’t depend on timing now… I think it’s time I choose to reach out, instead of waiting for someone to reach back out to me.

  29. It was perfect timing. The very moment when my life was on the verge of being pulled apart; the moment when my core being was challenged the most, he appeared, out of nowhere, out of light. The result is bliss, happiness, and the ecstasy of true love.

  34. Maybe we’re meant to be together,
    Maybe we’re not,
    Maybe now, or maybe later,
or maybe not ever at all.

But I believe I just met you too early,
and I believe we will be together someday soon.
Until then, I will wait by your side,
Until the perfect time to reach out and take your hand.
