  17. I think that we as people are constantly undergoing trial. We are judged and looked at by all of those around us, and thus that crafts social norms. But I often wonder if this is good or bad, and even if it is we can’t prevent. So I guess that I’ll remain on trial of society for now.

  31. I once stood at trial. I did not have a judge or a jury, I was simply there to judge myself. I hated everything about the cold marble courtroom I had locked myself in. I hated the tears running down my face. I was there for a murder, my murder. I had killed myself.
    I blame no one, but myself. It is my fault. I should have known that murder was wrong but I had always wondered what it was like to murder someone. Why not me? I didn’t know I COULD be punished for that.
