It’s something that proves to be useful in so many situations, but such a small item that we don’t realize the importance of it until we have a need. We might need it to tie down a broken tab, replace shoelaces, or tie together chicken wings when you’re cooking.

    But think how easy it would be! If you could just poke a wee hole in whatever you need to fix, thread with some trusty twine, and sew it all back together nice and whole, what a relief that would be. How easy living would be.
