  3. He waded out into the water, just to get a feel for the current. The cool water brought goose bumps to his legs while the sun continued to bake the rest of him. He looked up and down the river, not a soul in sight, and jumped in.

  4. I like to wade into things. Never stopping to think what might be but just getting into the middle of the stream, feeling it lap at my feet, knees and legs and feeling the flow. Wading in is about making sure that you don’t miss out. Never overthink, react, don’t prepare. It’s not always the best choice, but it is always at least one choice.

  9. wade. in a pool. float around. i guess this just reminds me of the time that i went to camp, and we had to take a swimming test. first i had to swim laps, and then i had to tread water. my camp counselor told me to just move my arms and legs back and forth.

  15. I wade through life and all of it’s heavy substance. Some slowing me down. Others speeding me up. It’s all in how I approach it. One thing is certain however. Even the substances that make it harder me to travel eventually benefit me in the end. The rain falls to enrich the soil.

    It seems to me that, lately, everyone is wading in stupidity. And in the wading, they soak up the contagious, moronic toxins, and if–by chance–they happen to escape this muddled puddle, they cough and it spreads on land. It’s everywhere.

    Why can’t people live without the constant care and support of others?
    Man is a strong being. Why have we forgotten?

  19. Wade Wilkinson; strange that I remember this guy, when that was so many years ago. Quite the inconsequential relationship, this guy and I had. He sat a few seats down from me in my chemistry class, and we spoke every once in a while. He was a grade ahead of me, and that’s all there was to it. No attraction, no drive to get to meet him. He was just Wade Wilkinson.

  21. Wade reminds me of the ocean. Like wading into the ocean. My mom telling me to not go to far even though I absolutely LOVE to swim in the ocean. I love floating. And I love wading in the water.

  38. i wade threw the swamp and i see all the animals around me. they splash and swim and make all sorts of noise. i wish i could see all the animals but i cant they are hiding using their ways of survival and hunting. as i wade deeper and deeper in the swamp i come across a river its small but its deep i think about crossing it but i cant it might kill me i want to see the other animals but i cant it will kill me. this is a dilemma i can go back or go forward and not know what will happen, i go forward just like with life. we have to go forward. i keep moving and i go in to the river.
