  2. Its something you dont think about but just do. like when you go out on a “whim” and buy a bunch of new things. its really easy to get caught up in one. So you can get caught up in a whim that takes you anywhere. I dont know the meaning of it but hey who cares. lol But when you go out on a whim you can make choices you regret but may love had making it the future you never know. i went out on a whim and I have been dating my boyfriend for almost 5 months :D Its wonderful. I am very happy i went out on my whim and ended up in a very great situation. never know what you end up with so try it anyways. :D

  9. Whim. Doing something unplanned. Spontaneous even? When doing things on a whim I find that those are the most fun. Something you didn’t expect to be doing. What could be more exciting than that? Not much if you ask me. Like writing this, this is being written on a whim.

  16. I am not one to act on a whim. I’d love to be the spontaneous type of person who can impulsively change their life direction without worry or care, simply because of potential or a fleeting interest. I have no idea whether the idea of a whim is a good one; it does provide excitement, but – I don’t know – maybe it’s bad to be so reckless?

  17. im writing this message on a whim to whomever would like to read it. I believe that whomever was the wrong term to use there grammatically. I also clicked go on a whim. at first I thought that this would be a waste of time and stumbled to the next page, but then hit backspace and came back, and whoa here i am!

    I think this is really cool and if i could keep a log of what all I wrote, then I could have a nice little journal i write in on whims.

  18. It was on a whim that I decided to go. I really wanted a quiet evening in, but I was glad she decided to invite me. I have meant to see her, hang out with her since her suicide attempt as I know she needs friends and hell, I could always use a few more. I think. Anyway ~ I write into this moment before I need to log out.

  25. i’m writing this on a whim like i do many things. I often say things on a whim and it gets me in trouble. Whim is a funny word if you say it over and over again, as are most words. Like ‘should.’ It’s spelled….not how it sounds. Whim makes me think of Professor Trelawny from Harry Potter. So, I like this word.
